The location is peaceful and host is responsive. We had trouble understanding the building number but host responded promptly and resolved the issue even though it is a rainy day! The apartment is smaller than what we see in pictures. It is clean and view of sea is good. It is free street parking and available anytime. There were some black ants coming from floor we realised only after our kid spilled some food leftovers. It would be better if dishwasher is provided, but overall it is value for money stay ! Thankyou Irma for hosting it !

Everything was great. The host is friendly and accurate with agreements, the apartment is clean, functional and the view is nice than on the photos.

Fantastisk opphold! Martina kommuniserte med oss før vi kom og møtte oss ved ankomst. Så hyggelig! Vi fekk større leilighet enn vi hadde bestilt. For en beliggenhet over Lovran for det flotte huset, og for en hage! Stille og rolig. Svært hyggelig vertsfamilie. Vi møtte tre generasjoner. Siste kvelden kom Martina med hjemmelaget eplekake til oss. Dette stedet kan vi anbefale! Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

The apartment is clean and spacious with a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking lot at the property area is very convenient. Supermarkets are just few minutes drive away. We felt very welcomed by Nina. She is very friendly and helpful. She even prepared some cold drinks in the fridge for us. It’s really nice after a journey in summer time. The check-in was very flexible and we were able to check-in a bit earlier. We highly recommended this place. Thanks for hosting us! 😊

The apartment is very new and modern. From the balcony you have a great view of the sea. The pool is perfect for swimming if you don't want to go to the sea. Otherwise you can be at the sea in five minutes by car. There are very beautiful bays with wonderfully clear water. The hosts are very friendly and give valuable tips for things to do. Overall we felt very comfortable. A clear recommendation.

We were very pleased with the check-in!!! Everyone was very nice, and when we had questions, they got back to us quickly. The only problem at the beginning was that we couldn't find the house the first time, but that's Google Maps' fault.

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Besitzerin war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit selbstgemachten Speisen versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit meiner Familie und meinen Eltern bei Niko zu Gast. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir fanden alles was wir für die zwei Wochen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders schön ist der Poolbereich, mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und großem Esstisch. Nikos Mama wohnte in der zeit auch auf dem Grundstück und war sehr freundlich. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatte eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

We spent 2 weeks in Ivana's apartment with 4 adults and 4 small children. The garden was perfect for the kids. There are plenty of beautiful beaches around. However, you probably need a car to enjoy your stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, there is not much in walking distance. This summer was unusually hot - too hot at night in the part of the apartment that lacks airconditioning. Ivana bought us a fan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is a nice apartment and Croatia is a very nice country with multifaceted landscape.

Der Gastgeber war suuuuper nett. Immer bereit Auskunft oder Hilfe zu geben. Es gab gute Tips zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, und Sehenswürdigkeiten . zur Begrüßung eine nette Platte mit Schinken und Käse, Wein und Brot. Das Grundstück ist ideal mit Hunden zu bewohnen, ein kleiner Markt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein guter Platz um sich perfekt zu erholen

nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison, un peu caché dans un village près de Rijeka. cette maison est idéale pour aller faire des visites dans la région aussi bien en Croatie que en Slovénie que en Italie. Malgré ces quelques curiosités électriques, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle. L’hôte mérite son titre de superhost. Il est très réactif et nous a offert un très bon repas qu’il a confectionné dans son restaurant. Nous avons très bien dormi. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la télé car nous ne parlons pas le croate, mais je pense que pour des personnes parlant croates, l’installation est idéal. le wifi a très bien fonctionné. Je recommande ce logement pour un très bon rapport qualité prix.
