Unique AirBnB being inside a BEAUTIFUL WINDMILL! Great location near the beach, with one of the most popular snack bars just a few buildings down the street. Just around the corner from the two bakeries making the local pastry! Also the best view of the volcano on the island! The apartment is bigger in real life and very comfortable living room chairs and bed. Nice, local interior decorations too. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the furnishings and details of the space. Lots of fun use of heavy wood, and lovely antiques, that matched to old mill. Right on the Main Street of Praia, directly across the street from the waterfront and ferry dock, very close (walkable) to the beach, cafés and a little supermarket

João was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very accommodating with letting us check in or out depending on our flights. The island is so peaceful and enjoyable! The kids lived the friendly neighborhood cat who would say hello everyday as we were coming or going. We enjoyed this once in a lifetime stay! You can walk to the mini mart, the beach, and several restaurants! It's a perfect spot!

Siamo stati accolti subito con gentilezza . Eravamo alloggiati nella parte posteriore della casa, dove c'è un prato e la possibilità di stendere la biancheria. L'alloggio è piccolo, ma c'è tutto quello che serve. WiFi funziona bene.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location walkable to center of Santa Cruz da Graçiosa. Dehumidifier in room kept things comfortable. Nice little kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. A Supermercado was just a few blocks away, which was great, as the few restaurants were either closed or booked for Carnaval then Valentine's Day. There was also a nice front covered patio with table and chairs. I would highly recommend Moniz House!
