We are local to the area and stayed at Andrews house while our home was being renovated. The space was perfect for our young family of four. The flex space worked perfectly as a play area for the kids and home office for me. While the owners live on the same property, it was large enough that we had our own privacy. Andrew and his family were very respectful of the space and never came over uninvited. There is a gate that requires manual opening to get in and out of the property which for a long term stay was frustrating but necessary to keep the chickens in. The property has a farm feel to it while still being close to the shops and freeway. We never had any issues with noise from the freeway or roosters as the house has double glazed windows. The highlight for us was the coffee machine and water pressure in the shower! We've since purchased the same coffee machine for our home, and we will forever miss the water pressure in the shower.

The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay! Lovely touches like bread, chocolates, etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and accomodating. Spacious house inside and out. Fireplace and electric blankets helped keep us warm at night. Farm views (and occasionally, smells 😅) were very peaceful.

We had a terrific weekend at Villa Costa Lotta. The wonderfully designed and thoughtfully appointed house sits on a large block with lots of spots to relax and unwind. Great communication, lots of thoughtful and useful touches. Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed for a wedding close by and it was the best decision - This place was amazing to stay at, and we would definitely stay here again. Lyn and Eric were so responsive and lovely to speak with. The home was clean and spacious, and the outdoor space was a bonus with a pool, friendly pups and so child friendly. We had a lovely family getaway here.

Anna's home reminds me of my childhood in the 90s, it was nostalgic and very peaceful being there. My son loved the chocolate on arrival and thoughtful Easter decorations as well as the big yard to run around in! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

My family and I had a fantastic weekend away. The house was clean and in great condition. Lots of necessities provided as well as clear instructions on checkout. Views from the house were incredible. Lots of wildlife we could see from the property too, birds, deer and cows next door. Price was extremely reasonable and lower than others in the area. Amanda was great to converse with, allowed for flexible check in and was quick to respond. Definitely worth the stay. Can’t wait to come back again

Melinda's place is perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a block from the main street with its restaurants, cafes and pubs - and the best bookshop on NE Victoria! The house fronts a beautiful garden and everything inside is as you see in the photos - warm, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Melinda is a great host - unobtrusive but on-hand if you need anything. Communication and entry were very straightforward and easy. We highly recommend Creekside!

Juan and Shaz are such amazing and friendly people. When we first arrived at the AirBnb, they were very considerate to leave the aircon on for us as it was steaming hot that day. My partner and I both felt very grateful at that time. We both loved the fact that they provided us with the basics for breakfast and I already miss the strawberry jam they gave us! It was sooo good. The stay itself was very clean and well organised. The kitchen had the utensils you needed, the bedroom has a manual shutter which I loved as it blocked out all lights from the outside. But our favourite was the bathroom. Really enjoyed the dual shower heads and just felt great to take a shower after Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. Thanks a lot to Juan and Shaz for being such great hosts!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Geoff’s hilltop home. Geoff was incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel right at home. The house itself is perched literally on the top of a hill, offering breathtaking views that we never got tired of. We especially loved spending time on the first-floor deck—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The cedar interior gave the place a warm, inviting feel, and it really added to the overall charm of the home. Our 4-year-old son was thrilled to spot deer and colourful birds right from the property, which made the experience even more magical for us. There are plenty of walking and biking trails nearby, and the sunsets and nighttime stargazing are simply unforgettable. We’d absolutely love to come back again—highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with a view !

Beautifully renovated end townhouse within walking distance of restaurants and the Port. Adjoins a school which might be busy during school term. Comfortable bedrooms and well designed and appointed kitchen and living areas. Nice touches throughout.

Cathy’s place was lovely and had nice lovely view of the sunset but we missed the sunrise as we had a sleep in 😀 lovely rabbits running around at dusk too. Very cosy and peaceful location .

Lovely place to stay for a weekend away, Craig and Maggie were very hospitable and helpful hosts and we had everything we needed and more. Really enjoyed the freshly squeezed OJ and breakfast provided. Would stay again!

This is our second time staying at Donna’s in Chiltern and it did not disappoint. The attention to detail with ammenities, breakfast supplies, down to dog bowls for our pooch. Also the surprise Easter chocolate bunnies did not go unnoticed. Chiltern is a lovely place and the centre of getting to other towns that we explored again. Highly recommend this stay especially if you want your furbaby with you.

Highly recommend staying at the Halls on Falls Farm. There are different accommodation choices available, and both Pam and John are amazing hosts. Best are the animals, the very large and friendly dogs, cows, and don't miss the opportunity to cuddle and walk the donkeys. Both Pam and John were very accommodating to our requests and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Thanks for the really lovely farm stay. Was so special and made memories!

Loved this so much. Tracy was such a lovely host and it was so comfortable and relaxing to stay here after a long car trip. Waking up to such a beautiful view was the best I wish we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

A great piece of history (with modern conveniences) in a pretty, very peaceful historical town. Mervyn And Tracey provide an opportunity to experience time in a living museum...a very clean, comfortable and stunning museum! Everything has been thought of, all the extras provided go above and beyond. The home and surrounds provide the most peaceful experience. Bushland, breweries and wineries surround the area. The weather was fantastic during our stay making getting out to visit the aforementioned attractions a great experience, topped of with a cooling swim in the pools at Woolshed Falls. A great part of the country if you are looking for a very peaceful, comfortable and relaxing experience in a beautiful rural setting.

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!

This place is just beautiful!! Bronnie is a marvellous host and her puppy Archie is a beautiful touch to the place. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back! If you’re heading to the Yarra Valley and this place is available do not hesitate to book
