Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

The home is not heated, nor is it air conditioned, but is surrounded by ocean on three sides which provide a delightful ocean breeze. It's a short walk to association beach.

After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Nestled between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven harbors, our relaxing suite is a perfect way to extend your weekly rental, or to enjoy a day or two on this special island we call The Rock. Our cozy guest suite, newly renovated has two bedrooms, living space, kitchenette, full bath, deck with grill, outdoor shower, and footwash (hot H20), W/D (in unit) and a private entrance. An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!
