Great stay! Place is in a quiet residential area, yet centrally located and easy to get places. Nice yard and hot tub was a plus (clean and good temp). We didn’t have a chance to use the fire pit, but outdoor furniture and sitting area was nice with space for everyone. House was very clean, beds comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Nice private house with lots of bedrooms, a pool and nice grounds. House was very clean. We had a great time with our family. Can walk to a few places in town, but need to get into the car for most. The Dennis beaches were great and just a short drive away. Would recommend this place for families. The house has access to Scargo Lake, which is nice, but it is a bit of a hike down a good-sized hill. Host was nice and responsive to questions.

Came here for my sisters bachelorette. It was amazing . We felt right at home . It was very spacious and clean . Hosts thought of everything . Definitely would come back. The hosts were very responsive and very flexible. Great place to stay. The games and ping pong and air hockey tables were a hit !!

We visited Island Grace for a long weekend and enjoyed the many perks of this beautiful home! It was a perfect spot to visit Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and beaches and just a short drive to other areas and towns. We enjoyed biking, the hot tub, and the well-appointed kitchen. The beds were so comfortable! We truly had everything we needed and thought it was so fun to watch their HGTV episode!

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great! Views were awesome from the top balcony! We wished the bushes and shrubs had been trimmed a little to have a better view from the main level but it was still a nice view from the one area there. House was quite roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are not tvs in the two spare rooms which would have been good after dinner for our teenagers while winding down after family time. The host is wonderful and communicated great. Overall we had a great family vacation and a good time. The house is nice. Would recommend!

What a beautiful place! Melissa and George were great hosts that think of all the details. When Airbnb got started we felt this was the exact vibe they were going for. It was authentic to cape cod culture and made us feel right at home. There is a little history book on the table that is worth the read and they also left us a booklet with current activities. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a really great stay and it was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy a wedding that was nearby. The home is comfortable and perfect for cooking and hanging out. Loved the backyard. The bed (at least the one in the master bedroom) was super comfortable for my bad back. Be sure to bring shampoo etc and you’ll have a wonderful time.

This home is amazing. It’s close to so many things to do. Within a few minutes drive of the beach and Provencetown. The yard is large and spacious for pups and there are so many board games and places to sit. The kitchen is amazing and the location feels private despite being in a small neighborhood. Would highly recommend this as the perfect get away!

Scott was an amazing host. He has communicated with us since we booked our stay. He was warm and welcoming and even had a ton of snacks and drinks. The neighborhood was very quiet near all the good restaurants and shops. We cannot wait to go back! Thanks Scott!

We loved our weekend at Karen's place! The house was cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including treats for our pup)! The yard and deck were nice and private, and the house was conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and not far from the water. Karen made us feel right at home!

Loretta has a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. She was generous with allowing us to use things at the house, like the boogie boards and baby crib. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oil, etc. A few furnishings look a little worn, but not in any way that affects the functionality of the home. We found it very comfortable and had a wonderful week at her home!

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the upstairs apartment was very clean. There is quick access to local beaches and restaurants. We would stay again!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!
