Our stay was great! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was very easy to get an uber to Broadway/other attractions. Pete was very responsive with questions and the helpful tips were much appreciated as it was our first time in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

We were very happy with our stay at Mary and Willie’s place. It was comfortable, clean, had plenty of space, was close to shops and restaurants and had convenient access to downtown Nashville. Mary was always very quick to respond and we felt very welcome and taken care of. We highly recommend!!

Great location to all the main attractions (Broadway, Gulch, etc). Clean and homey feel. Responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again. I have zero complaints!

Absolutely loved our stay. John communicated so well with us and made sure we were accommodated upon check in. The house was clean and had everything and more we needed. It’s a perfect location for just about anything you want to do! 13 of us stayed (all women) and we had more than enough room. We will be using him again for future trips!

This home was absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We had such a great time! Sooo beautiful and not to far of an Uber ride to downtown. We wished we had more time there to enjoy the house more. The beds were soooo comfortable & the water pressure in the showers were great as well. Rose is sooo sweet and responsive when we messaged her. She made us feel so welcomed! We are already talking about going back to Nashville and when we do this is where we will want to stay!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Perfect location, quick ride to broadway, extremely clean and spacious. Exactly what we needed - would absolutely stay here again when back in Nashville. The host also let us check out late for no extra charge which was extremely generous!

Great stay with very responsive hosts! Pool is shallower than I expected but still great. Ubers were 10-20$ so great location.

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a convenient location!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I will most definitely stay here again. Very reasonable, clean, perfectly located around everything, and it was so cute. The host was amazing to work with, and her communication was great. I definitely recommend this place.

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

Alex's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. Check in instructions couldnt have been clearer or easier and it was an easy walk into The Gulch for restaurants and bars and even into downtown was a short walk or five minute Uber. Alex gave great recommendations also, we had a great stay. The only thing I would mention is that the walls/ceilings are thin so you can hear a lot from other apartments but it wasnt a big issue for us. We had a great week in Nashville

The location was down the street from my daughters house and close to restaurants. We felt safe to walk in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet for it being close to a busy road. The house had everything you could need. Plenty of linens and towels. The house was clean. The furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were. We were there only at night time anyway. Deidre was quick to respond in communication and gave thorough directions. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

My wife and I travel a lot. Stay in Airbnb's probably 1 to 2 a month. I highly recommend this one if you are in the Nashville Area. You are close to downtown and things to do. We enjoy the cozy home vibe, and this one made it feel like home to us. Beds are very comfortable!! The host was very sweet, easy to contact, helped with any questions we had. If you are like us and stay in these a lot, there are many things you worry about, but this one didn't have any of those issues. It even has a nice little back yard with things for kids to do. All in all, my wife and I have it marked as our go too if we come back to Nashville. This is one of the better ones we have stayed in. Felt like home away from home!!

We spent 2 nights at Ginger’s place and found it to be comfortable, clean, homey and with a very well-equipped kitchen. The king size bed was super comfy and the HVAC system worked great! Ginger was a terrific hostess - responsive, flexible with our check-in time and hospitable. The location was very convenient for our needs and I can certainly envision staying at Ginger’s again!

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! Mary was an amazing host. She thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, especially with our dog. She left cute notes to help us find the appropriate linens for the furniture for the dog. She had a list of numerous recommendations for every section of Nashville. We absolutely loved our stay!!!
