This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The loft above has a full size bed. * No Smoking on the property*

Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Relax on the porch rockers or cozy up by the wood stove, surrounded by books. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. Explore the nearby towns of Athens, Monroe and Madison.

Dogwood Cottage - A Relaxing Retreat in the Woods

Escape to a tranquil, adult-only, 1-bedroom cottage on 12 acres of peaceful hardwood forest. Spend the morning lazing on the screened porch or walk the trails & watch for deer and birds. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

Charming rustic studio for nature lover

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

River Bottom Bungalow

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years. This is a renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, historical house built in 1905 that sleeps up to 6 guests. It is located on the main street that runs through downtown Monroe, GA and is near several antique malls. It is one block from The Factory at Walton Mill wedding venue and two streets away from The Engine Room wedding venue. For the adventurous, SkyDive Monroe is only one mile away. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the University of Georgia campus for all the Dawgs fans!
