Coleto Bend Cottage - Home to lots of wildlife!

Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

The Historic Proctor-Green House

The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.

Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation done in 2025.

This home is on a working horse ranch. Grace Ranch is the place to go to for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. A visit to this little piece of paradise will give you the opportunity to unwind from the busy-ness of life while having the barn and horses right across the pasture. Camping at its best! w/stock pond

Camping at it's best. It's not fancy but it's peaceful. 3/2 Mobile home on site. Stocked fishing pond on prop. (catfish, bluegil, bass). Catch a bass over 12 in. and a cat over 16 in. You can keep. We have 9 ac. on high ground. There is also a golf cart on property. ATv's are allowed. Great for family get togethers. You can fish, swim, bbq, or hang out around the fire and watch the sun set. Jacuzzi on property.

Lazo Stays LLC at Victoria

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, and a pool for this amazing summer. To access the pool their is a resort fee of $35. Please keep in mind in pricing. There is a $30 guests fee for over 6 guests. If you would like to have an event at the home we would add a fee of $500 or possibly negotiable. We would be honored to accommodate your stay to the best of our abilities.
