Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in der Doppelhaushälfte verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Pinienwald und warmer Außendusche waren unser Highlight. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Wohnsiedlung mit netten Nachbarn nebenan. Die zwei Betten unter dem Dach erreicht man über eine steile Treppe mit Geländer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine war super. Die Fliegengitter vor allen Türen&Fenstern sind prima. So konnten wir nachts kühl schlafen. Der nahe gelegene Strand war im Oktober größtenteils mit Seegras bedeckt. Für Spaziergänge und tolle Ausblicke aber dennoch wunderschön. Marco war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die liebe Putzfrau hat uns noch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und extra Badehandtücher. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben wegen des späten Rückflugs. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir behalten unseren Sardinienurlaub in bester Erinnerung!

Realmente volvería a contratar esta casa, sin dudarlo. Es muy amplia, cómoda para la cantidad de personas ( 8). Super bien ubicada, a 30 metros de la playa y a 200 metros aproximadamente del pueblo. La vista es un sueño, desde cualquier ambiente de la casa, sobre todo desde la terraza donde pasamos gran parte del tiempo. Pasamos 7 días inolvidables en familia. La cocina super bien equipada La atención de Matteo fue espectacular, siempre dispuesto a responder rápidamente nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Nos colocaron reposeras y sillas nuevas de jardín, pedí un secador de pelo y me lo entregaron el mismo día. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Matteo, realmente un gran anfitrión. Espero volver a ese lugar paradisíaco.

Belle maison dans le maquis, paisible Bel environnement. Franck est très sympathique et nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse. Je recommande sa maison pour des vacances agréables.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Cécile! L emplacement, le goût pour une décoration non conventionnelle et le jacuzzi avec la cuisine d été nous a comblé ! Nous n oublierons pas la rencontre avec le chef des lieux Jean-Marc, un homme acceuillant et généreux avec qui nous nous sommes bien entendus :-)

El alojamiento de Nicolo es tal cual lo describe. Tuvimos una estancia muy buena. La zona es ideal por la cercanía a los principales puntos de interés de la zona (playas, restaurantes, bares, etc.) Sin dudas, repetiremos.

Es war sehr schön und Luigi hat sich super schnell und freundlich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einen Defekt der Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Elektriker kam umgehend vorbei und hat innerhalb von wenigen Stunden eine neue Maschine eingebaut. Wirklich top! Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aufpassen, sollte man mit dem Stromanschluss: Nicht zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig benutzen, sonst fliegt die Hauptsicherung raus. Im April ist es noch schön ruhig in Palau - der Pool war schon in Betrieb aber noch sehr kalt.

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

ravis de notre séjour dans la villa qui est fidèle à la description et aux photos, ideale pour une famille de 4. letizia à régulièrement mis à jour les infos et instructions pour faciliter notre arrivée, a pris le temps de nous indiquer les choses importantes. piscine facile d'accès, seule la météo était capricieuse pour notre voyage mais nous avons pu visiter Bonifacio, Porto vecchio sans difficultés. logement très propre et avec le nécessaire (ustensiles cuisine, draps, serviettes...)

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

Gian Piero ist ein Superhost! Er antwortete immer blitzschnell und war immer hilfsreich. Als bei uns der Grill kaputt ging, kam er sofort und brachte einen neuen Grill. Er erlaubte uns am Anreisetag früher einzuchecken, was sehr praktisch war. Das kleine schöne Haus ist super für eine grosse Familie oder für zwei kleinere Familien. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Duschen und 3 Toiletten! Den Pool konnten die Kids leider nur zwei mal benutzen, weil das Wasser zu kalt war.Aber im Sommer muss es super sein diesen Pool zu haben. Der Garten hat einen riesengrossen (Oliven?)Baum mit vielen Vögeln, die wunderschön zwischtern. Das Haus hat alles an der Grundausstattung, auch eine tolle Kaffeemaschine. Uns hat beim Kochen an nichts gefehlt. Vom Haus aus kann man den lokalen Strand zu Fuss erreichen. Ein Lebensmittelladen ist 2 min zu Fuss - das ist super! Wir danken Gian Piero für diesen Aufenthalt und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte! Tolle Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, super Pool! Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man nicht aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Simone ist ein freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Sie ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, man erreicht jedoch mit dem Auto schnell Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden sehr gerne nochmal unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung verbringen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder oder empfehlen unseren Freunden oder Familien weiter.

Wir waren zu sechst und hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Haus von Davide. Die Lage war einfach Top und der Blick von der Terasse wunderschön. Der Ort und alles was man brauchte war in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder noch etwas benötigten, war Davide direkt zur Stelle. Wie gesagt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

A beautiful location!!! The view from the rear of the property was spectacular. Very compact and comfortable apartment with a lovely outside sitting area. The grounds are really well managed and very pretty. A car is necessary as only a cafe and restaurant within walking distance, but the village is a great base to explore the surrounding area. Pool is wonderful and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht und die Wohnung mit all Ihren Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Wohnung war zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl und zu hause gefühlt.

Super nettes Haus mit allem was man braucht, großer Garten mit Obstbäumen und totaler Ruhe! Schöner Strand in Gehweite und auch einige gute Restaurants! Pier war sehr hilfreich und stets super schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit dem Wasser und seine sehr liebe Mutter ist gleich gekommen und hat das Problem behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Loved the location of the holiday home amongst the pines, with a glimpse of the sea. Beach very convenient only 10mins or so away. The holiday home is spacious inside, and we often used the dining table and "egg" chair on the covered patio area outside too. There were some very nice 'welcoming' touches - juice, milk, mini brioches, coffee pods, and even a bottle of bubbly, for us to have! Check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived very late, and Monica was lovely. We were also able to check out late which was very much appreciated! It would have been nice if some more basics could have been provided for our short stay e.g. tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, tissues, matches/lighter for candles. Also towel & bed linen hire (expensive) had to be paid in cash along with the deposit & cleaning fee - these should just be included as part of the fee paid on AirBnB. But these are minor niggles and didn't detract from our overall stay, we would defo stay again!
