The apartment is very well appointed and is as beautiful as it looks from the photos. There are many nice touches, the furnishings are very tasteful and the furniture comfortable. I particularly liked the shower. It is in a great area, in a quiet street close to the town centre and an easy walk to many cafes and restaurants. There were few provisions in the kitchen but it had the basics for guests who want to cook. Lauren and Dean were keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible, replying promptly to messages and being very responsive to our requests. They could not have been better hosts.

Beautifully put together place, very well presented and very clean. Small fridge - freezer but manageable. Bathroom was very clean, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. There are a lot of other apparements in a close space but it is great for a short stay. All communication was prompt and clear. I would definitly stay there again.

Really nice, kinda period New York laid out apartment. Directions are good. Master bedroom is enormous and nice n dark n quiet at night. Well located close to Sturt Street. We enjoyed our stay for 4 over Christmas

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers - enough space for everyone and the kids had their own rooms - hard to come by in most accommodation. The place was clean and warm and the location was perfect for us. Check in was really easy and the undercover locked garage was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and close to ammenities. Can be a little noisy at night due to the building being directly on the main stretch, but this is no different to any other apartment in a similar position. It's a beautiful apartment and well appointed.

everything was as publised. highly recomended place to stay. I only had one issue: in the email they sent me the wrong password to get the keys but that was an opportunity for them to show the great service they have as in the email they sent the contact mumbers and when I called the security guard came in 5 min and assisted me to get the keys. The house is fully equiped as described, everything was as new and clean. great place.

The unit was a nicely restored 1 storey townhouse in an older brick building with covered parking in the rear and a lovely private outdoor courtyard. Craig generously let us check in early as we had a zoom call and was very responsive. We loved the treats that were waiting for guests of all ages to enjoy! the kitchen was well stocked and even included an air fryer and recipe book (the roasted chicken thighs turned out great). The home was only a 25 minute walk from the historic downtown where we enjoyed the architecture and art galleries. We also visited Sovereign Hill and an evening event at the Ballarat municipal observatory. Although we didn't have time to fish we did peek at the lake that's close to Craig's home. Our visit to Ballarat and Craig's property was a highlight on our trip between Adelaide and Melbourne. We would definitely return.

Karen’s place provided a wonderful retreat whilst we were at Golden Plains festival with our children (3&5yo). The children loved the garden Karen provided thoughtful bubble bath, the kitchen was very well equipped (we even baked muffins) and the BBQ was spotless! Buninyong is a lovely town close by and it’s so close to Ballarat if you want to explore those sights and delights. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We so needed this stay at "Artisan". never was a place more accurately named - with the place being filled with curated curios and art from around the world without seeming cluttered. absolutely modern facilities, the place was spotless and private. bedding and bed was perfect. John greeted us on arrival, and the advice on what to see and do was very welcome. we will be back! just want it to be colder so we can take advantage of the fire...

Amy was a wonderful host—friendly, communicative, and very thoughtful throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to come back one day. Thanks again, Amy!

Thanks Geoff for creating such a beautiful place especially with all the interesting rustic things you've collected in the terrace. We were amazed with your attention to detail. Geoff even had the radio set up outside, so we were welcomed with some nice music when we arrived. Sitting by the fireplace outside at nights and playing scrabble with our son, stargazing whenever clouds cleared, watching the kangaroos coming near the property, going for short bike rides around the bush, exploring the peaceful surroundings and little towns like Meredith, Steiglitz, and the wineries in the Moorabool Valley (Clyde Park is a gem!) were the highlights of our two nights weekend getaway. It's not easy to find places to take our dog, so special thanks for being a pet friendly property as well! Highly recommend Geoff's place even for a short stay, you won't regret it!

We had a lovely stay at Magnolia Cottage! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The Rebecca was responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication seamless. Just a little side note, The cottage is located on a main road, which I didn’t realise until we checked in, so there was some road noise at times for the two front bedrooms. It didn’t bother us much, but it did wake us at bedtime and first thing in the morning. Overall, a delightful spot that we’d definitely consider booking again!

Myself and 5 friends stayed at Azemkas for one night on the way to a camping trip. The house was exactly as described, the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've ever used in an AirBnB as far as cooking utencils, pots, pans etc. It made it very easy to whip up a quick meal for us when we arrived. It was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, we slept well. I would stay here again.

Outstanding home in a perfect location for Ballarat, being close enough to the central district, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The house itself had excellent tv for watching streaming services, and the kitchen is very well equipped. A great breakfast spread. Too many places give you just enough coffee for 1 morning before you then you have to go and find a shop with the right coffee pods etc. But Christine and Mark have provided an ample amount. Plus many places provide 1 dishwasher tablet or 1 sachet for cleaning, or no garbage bags. This place provides all the extra things you need to help keep the place tidy. Kitchen appliances and little things like condiments all available. Very well thought out to cater for guests who are paying for a home away from home. Mission accomplished. We have stayed in many air bnb, and this would be arguably the best for providing the essentials for a trip away. Thank you also for the easter eggs - a nice personal touch.
