Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa Kara! Es war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Elena ist sehr freundlich und meldet sich sehr schnell zurück! Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.

To był bardzo miło spędzony czas. Willa jak na zdjęciach. Widok wspaniały. Okolica cicha. Blisko do morza. W domu wszytko co trzeba. Czysto i pachnąco. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce !!

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer ein-Jährigen Tochter dort und waren sehr begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel platz. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein super schöner Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man einfach und in ca. 15 min. nach Girne. Der Kontakt mit Bekir und seinen Schwiegereltern war sehr, sehr nett. Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Sollten wir nochmal nach Girne kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen und es auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen dank Bekir und deiner Familie 🙏

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal, alles ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war tiptop, der Check-in einfach und die Lage für Ausflüge super. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zypern kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten wollen.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

Villa tertemizdi ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibi hızlı şekilde bana dönüş sağladı. Konum olarak sakin bir yer girneye ve magosaya biraz uzak ama zamanınızın çoğunu kendiniz villada geçirecekseniz Girne Magosa çokta önemli değil :) Yol üstünde de güzel restorantlar var. Kafa dinlemek ve sakinlik için harika yer.

Great accommodation with everything you need, e.g. all kirchen essentials were there. If something came up, Antony came by and fixed it within hours, communication was super easy and fast. The house was located in a small village, so it was quite important to have a car to get around/ for grocery shopping etc., but theoretically you could also get to Ayia Napa etc. by public busses. The outdoor pool area was our favorite place around the house since there were many comfy options to chill and enjoy the sun or to have a barbecue in the evenings. We had a great time!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Primitor, liniste, Marea este aproape, aer conditionat sau aparat de incalzit daca e cazul. La Supermatket , terase si Columbia resort merita sa ajungi, este aproape. Localnicii sunt extraordinari.Pentru noi a fost excelent.

Wir waren über Silvester in der Villa und es war ein Traum. Als wir ankamen hatten wir sogar Essen im Kühlschrank und auch am nächsten Tag brachte Nikos ein leckeres Essen als Willkommensgruß vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und sind froh, so einen tollen Ort entdeckt zu haben. Silvester ist dort eindeutig ruhig & es sind kaum andere Gäste was wir sehr schön fanden. Winter auf Zypern in der Villa können wir definitiv empfehlen 😊

Wonderful Villa, everything was clean and spacious and there was no problem with electricity or warm water (what's not always the case with villas in this vicinity). The host was very friendly and replied always fast to all our requests. Can only recommend this property for everyone who wants to have a blast of a stay in the Vivo Mare area :) Just please get those pool lights working, it's important for the vibe and feeling in the night :)

La casa era molto accogliente e dotata di tutto, l’’host ci ha perfino lasciato acqua, caffè e una bottiglia di vino! Tutti i posti di maggior interesse erano vicinissimi e l’area esterna era un incanto. Il punto forte è sicuramente Frederick, è stato sempre gentilissimo e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli anche per altre zone di Cipro. 10 e lode a lui e alla sua casa

To był wspaniale spędzony czas pod kazdym względem ! Ludzie których spotkaliśmy, miejsca w których bylismy , miesjce w którym spędziliśmy czas i mieszkalismy - to wszystko złożyło się na niezapomniane krótkie wakacje.

Ailemle birlikte konakladık, sabah kalktığımızda orada yaşayan başka aileler olduğunu da gördük, bu da içimizi daha da rahatlattı. Temizlik konusunda oldukça hassas biriyim ve konaklama boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Tuvalet, mutfak, nevresimler tertemizdi. Gerçekten özenle hazırlanmıştı, kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Zeliha Hanım ve eşine emekleri için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.

Very nice and comfortable villa. We were there in the off season and it was very private and quiet. Close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, etc. during high season. Away from the crowded tourist areas but close enough to be convenient. In winter, many places are closed. We still managed to have a great time. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Unschlagbare Lage direkt am Strand // diverse Restaurants und Minimarkets in unmittelbarer Nähe, eine traumhafte Promenade zum Laufen/Spazierengehen . Metro/LIDL und ein super Bäcker ca 2km entfernt. Kein „klassischer“ Tourismus in der Nähe, nur einige 5* Hotels und viele luxuriöse Eigentumswohnungen. Wir hatten (Anfang April) den Strand quasi für uns alleine - herrlich! Relativ zentral auf der Insel, so dass man sowohl Paphos als auch in Nikosia und die Ostküste in ca 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreicht. Der Bus direkt vor der Tür bringt einen in 20min in die Altstadt Limassols. Einziges kleines Manko, was aber dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan hat, ist das einige kleine Reparaturen / Ausbesserungen nötig sind. Der Vermieter weiß aber schon Bescheid!
