Outside the house there is ample parking for cars and boats, private rear yard and large deck including BBQ. The yard has area for children and pets to play including a basket ball ring. We live in the two other buildings and love to share this unusual accommodation with guests. It's a 5 - 10 minutes walk into the shopping area and cafes. Please note: Although the buildings are relatively close, your semi enclosed verandah provides privacy and the double glazed windows and mature garden add to the serenity.
