Beautiful country apartment located in a woodlot between Chatham and London. Apartment is detached from main house and has a spacious deck surrounding it overlooking the forest. It also has a small cabin for the second bedroom that is accessible from March to October. There is a large inground shared pool, outdoor sauna, yard and walking trails nearby for nature lovers. Apartment and cabin are fully furnished and both have Wi-Fi. It’s located about 15 minutes from Rondeau provincial park.

Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.
