I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

Kanta is a very kind person who made us feel welcome in her home. We were staying on the first floor of the house which was nice and breezy. The private balcony is great. In the evening we were having drinks together in the garden with Kanta and her husband and it was a cute village experience. Come with an open mind and you will be rewarded. Keri doesn't have a lot of tourist infrastructure and is a very laid back village, which is what we needed. You can take the ferry across to Tiracol and visit Rockshell restaurant.

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Backwaters View I had a wonderful stay at wahiida’s in Goa! The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the beautiful backwaters view, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this place for those seeking a mix of nature, comfort, and easy access to Goa’s beaches and cafés. Would love to visit again!

The place is even better than shown in the pictures. Situated right beside the river, this villa is calm and serene. The patio has 2 plunge pool where you can take a dip and have a beer. Rooms are bug but bathrooms are surprisingly big. I personally loved the concept of bar area and the numerous options given in crockery and glasses. We booked a boat ride that took us around to nearby beaches. To our surprise, there is a place to board the boat right inside the villa. Above all this the host was kind enough to allow late checkout on our request.

Our stay at the Gomes home was exceptional! The amenities were top in-notch, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering valuable insights for local exploration. Kabir and Wahida’s place is a gem. Its just by the river and you wake up to every morning to only find it really blissful. Wahida has been really helpful overall. Great place to stay, a must visit and would recommend anybody who’d want to be in Goa.

Had to book an Airbnb last minute on my latest visit to Goa and this place was the perfect match. From easy access to beaches to the balcony serving calm sunsets with view of Chapora river, the Airbnb was also equipped with ACs in both bedrooms that was necessary to survive Goa summers! Would definitely visit again and recommend it to all my friends!

Place is good in between residential area. peace and calm. perfect for the family stay. Martha is very responsive and she helped us late night for medical emergency by attending herself to the situation.

Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

Very good place to stay in, wide,spacious and clean.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

This charming 1BHK Airbnb in the heart of Bicholim, Goa, is delightful and good value for money. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, providing a much-needed respite from the noisy road-touch stay options. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with very good amenities, making our stay comfortable and convenient. It was a truly nice experience, and I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable getaway in Bicholim, Goa.

Enjoyed the stay. What stands out is the serenity of the river where the property is located. It feels very private and makes you feel at home. Saksham was very friendly and helpful in every way. The morning sunrise on the edge of the river was my favourite. In all, one of my favourite stays untill date. If I ever visit north goa again, this is my go to now.

The location is amazing and friendly staffs. Cabins are clean and has very good view. Sandeep was helpful and catered for all our needs. something which can be improved is, there were lot of insects in the cabin.

Calm atmosphere to relax looking at the lake that fills and empties with the tides. Wilfred is very responsive and proactive to solve even minor issues. Would love to be back to his place sometimes again.

The place is right at the beach and near some of the finest hotels in Goa. The compound has multiple small other cottages which keeps the goa vibe alibe along with peaceful nature of south goa. the place is apt for 4-5 people and extremely clean and beautiful, surrounded by 2 pools and beautiful common area. Sophie as a host is perfect, communicates effectively and provides insights whenever you ask for help. she is very flexibtand friendly. this will definitely not be the last time i have been to her listing.

Since the listing had no name, we had trouble finding the place. The photos of the property have changed as they are extending. Ahkil then sent somebody to meet us, which was great. Initially, the room we were taken to didn't match the Air B&B listing (the photographs, the space or the sea view) . However, Shabi was quick to rectify the mistake on the listing and we had the loveliest room with sea view, huge bathroom and bath. The room (101) is massive and has a/c, smart tv, balcony with sunbeds. There is currently work to extend the small complex so there was a lot going on and all staff were really nice. I would stay here again, in one of the sea view rooms. Shabi is a great host and couldn't do enough for us, he can also organise moped hire from the resort.
