Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες. Αρκετά καθαρό, άνετος χώρος, παρείχε τα απαραίτητα και βρίσκεται σε σχετικά σε ήσυχο σημείο. Εύκολη πρόσβαση & εύκολο πάρκινγκ στην γειτονιά, κάτι το οποίο είναι αρκετά σημαντικό. Το προτείνουμε!

We had a really nice time at this flat and spent every morning and evening on the terrace, which was undoubtedly our favorite spot. The view is absolutely stunning—you can actually see the Acropolis from there! It was the perfect place to relax, although we did miss having an umbrella during the day, as it would have made it more comfortable in the sun. The host was incredibly responsive, and we felt very welcomed and accommodated throughout our stay. The double bed in the bedroom was super comfy, providing us with great sleep. However, the sofa bed wasn’t ideal for two people—it’s better suited for just one. Overall, we would highly recommend this place!

The airbnb was perfect. It had all the amenities listed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was also very responsive and helpful, guided me perfectly. It was located in the perfect spot too. The heating and AC were amazing as well. It was 100% worth the money, especially for an Airbnb like this !! Extremely satisfied.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

We truly had a fantastic stay! First of all, the communication with the host was incredible, quick replies, super friendly, and always happy to help, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless and felt freshly renovated, with a lot of thought put into the details. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, honestly better than many hotel beds we've experienced. The kitchen was fully equipped with way more than just the basics, and everything worked perfectly. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding, and there’s tons of storage space throughout the apartment. We really enjoyed the big balcony in the evenings (it’s a great spot to read or relax with a glass of wine). Even the lobby of the building was super clean and well taken care of, which added to the whole experience. We felt right at home and would absolutely come back again!

This place was exactly like the pictures. Easy to find, very spacious and clean and pretty quiet. The host very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

Klieo is extremely friendly and very responsive. Her place was like a home away from home; she thought about every little detail and it was just a delight to stay here. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Absolutely perfect hosting 🥰 I booked for my husband’s birthday with some of his friends. The 1915 team did everything possible to make it a beautiful experience for him, including balloons and flowers. Every guest agreed the place was gorgeous! Thank you so much 🫶🏽

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

Notre séjour a été formidable !
La maison était décorée avec beaucoup de charme, confortable, avec une petite terrasse agréable pour manger ou prendre un café. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons été très bien accueillis , Akrivi a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les environs et a été très réactive lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’aide. Our stay was wonderful!
The house was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had a lovely little courtyard where we could enjoy meals or a coffee. We truly felt at home. We were warmly welcomed — Akrivi took the time to explain the area to us and was very responsive whenever we needed assistance.

This place was so good we canceled part of our trip in downtown to stay here again! The place is in a great location and is very well set up! The first time through, the previous guest caused a maintenance issue but the host provided a last minute alternative which was great! Host was fantastic and super friendly and easy to work with! Of all the AirBnBs we stayed at on this trip to Greece, this was by far the best! Highly recommend it!

Easily THE best location to stay in Athens! You're walking distance from Syntagma (parliament), the national park, city center with shopping and eateries galore. The nearest train station (Monasteraki) provides an incredible view of the Acropolis and they even offered tour trips which I've heard were brilliant!!!! Plus they also are always available on Whats App which is really convenient. The apartment is perfect and amenities as advertised.

On a passé un séjour incroyable chez Alexandros ! L’appartement était juste parfait : super propre, cosy, bien décoré et équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison. On a adoré y rentrer après nos balades. Le gros plus : la station de métro juste à côté, super pratique pour rejoindre le centre rapidement et sans stress. Et que dire des hôtes… Vraiment disponibles et ultra réactifs. On a senti qu’ils avaient à cœur de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, et ça fait toute la différence. Franchement, c’est un sans-faute. On repart avec plein de bons souvenirs et le sourire. Je recommande à 100 % !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! L"emplacement est parfait loin des attrapes touristes. Très propre et beau! Nous pouvions même faire du lavage. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison! Ils ont été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée et ce fût très apprécié,!!,Nous le recommandons à 100,% Nous avons aimé découvrir les petits restos et boutiques Il a la mer en face!! We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

There was a slight problem finding which apartment it was in the building, but this was caused by the Airbnb site truncating the information available, omitting the lock box code and the apartment number from the photo! It was sorted out, but would have been rather stressful if we hadn’t had a local with us, with access to phone and wifi. Communication directly with Sotiris before and after was efficient and ample. The apartment was very comfortable for a 5-night stay and had everything necessary to make daily living there easy. The area is perfect: not touristy, all the local shops, cafés and eateries one could possibly desire around the square that the building faces (where there’s a playground for children), and within walking distance of the city centre, Museums such as the Acropolis and Benaki. It’s an area with a village feel, chosen by discerning relatives of ours after they moved to Athens. What better recommendation could there be?!

Very responsive, very helpful. Arranged transportation from the airport and facilitated the entire trip. Would recommend 100% for people that want a holistic experience and value attention to detail.
