We were in town for college graduation. Property is less than a 10 minute drive from campus and extremely close to anything else we needed. Great little coffee shop on the resort grounds. Condo had everything we needed for the trip and the resort was responsive if we needed extra towels or anything like that. Tara was very helpful when I had questions or needed to make changes.

Super amazing host! they even called the day of check in and check out! They went above and beyond to accommodate me. place was clean and spacious! probably one of the larger resorts we have stayed at. The spare sun room is truly lime a third bedroom. There are multiple pools and the indoor cotton is amazing! Great fitness center and walking distant to amusement parks! Perfect find!

Perfect stay for what we needed. Comfortable and fully stocked leaving you feeling right at home. Amenities need a little tending to, and the decor is dated, but nothing that has a substantial effect on your stay. We had a great stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, indoor, and outdoor fireplaces while we were there. We look forward to coming back next year.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Had everything we needed for a family of 4 visiting Williamsburg and surrounding historic sites.

I have stayed at another property run by Tara and this experience was just as great. The set up is perfect for our family.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!
