Lovely comfortable stay. I was visiting alone for work so didn’t make the best use of the space and surroundings. Would love to return with family/ friends.

Great stay at this fantastic house. Party of nine with dog. Three generations all enjoyed the space and the beautiful surroundings. Perfect that each room has an en-suite. Plenty of room for cooking in kitchen and two fridges. Selection of spaces to socialise or have time to yourself. Everyone found the house very relaxing and great to be able to bring dog.

The location was perfect. It’s quite hard to find a place if you don’t make reservations in advance (even in April) so keep that in mind. The place was lovely. And Fiona was very responsive.

Really Nice Location, and the cottage was absolutely lush. Will be coming back here soon.

La caravane de Jackie est située dans le jardin de sa maison, face à la mer, dans l'adorable village d'Arisaig. C'est une super expérience de passer quelques nuits dans cette mignonne caravane au grand lit confortable. 2 très bons restaurants juste à côté et un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 21h. Nous avons dîner dans la caravane un soir qui est très bien équipée. La douche & les toilettes, très propres, sont situées dans un petit bâtiment juste à côté. Jackie nous attendait derrière sa fenêtre pour nous accueillir (à quelques minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire d'Arisaig, trajet en train depuis Glasgow incroyabe ! Superbes vues, viaduc du Poudlard Express, etc.) et a été d'une grande aide au départ pour nous aider suite à l'annulation de notre ferry. Merci à elle ! Je recommande ce logement pour une expérience originale dans le joli village d'Arisaig, loin du tourisme de masse de Fort William & Mallaig.

It was a nice stay. We were traveling with a baby and they prepared a baby cot for us, very sweet. The window is directly facing the water, it’s beautiful to look out.

Great cabin in a beautiful location. Spacious, yet cosy (especially when the log fire is burning!). Sarah and her Dad were lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Loved staying here! It’s steps away from Talisker distillery and an amazing restaurant (Old Inn). Highly recommend. Would just note that half of the king bed was a bit uncomfortable.

We enjoy this cottage so much that this is the 3rd time we have been. The perfect place to relax.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich genial und hält was sie verspricht! Die komplette Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, sowie die wunderschöne Natur der Insel machten diesen Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis! Das Haus ist mit einer großen Küche und Wohnzimmer ausgestattet, und es fehlt an nichts. Clare und Mike sind hervorragende Gastgeber und ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde gut aufgenommen und wohlgefühlt. ich kann jedem der Lismore besuchen will, es nur wärmstens ans Herz zu legen hier vorbeizukommen!!!

Absolutely stunning place, genuinely one of the most beautiful accommodation and views we have ever seen. Derek communicated excellently throughout. If you are looking for a place to unplug for while this is the place!

Beautiful and homely cottage in a stunning setting. We saw highland cows, seals, hares and of course sheep, practically right on the doorstep. So quiet and peaceful, with amazing views at all times of day/ no matter the weather. Cally was an amazing host and always very helpful and easy to talk to. We loved meeting her dogs too!

Alex’s place is fantastic - a really relaxed, great venue for a couple. It is right by the sea, and the views and sunsets in the evening are stunning. Great host, with great local recommendations.

We had a fantastic time staying in the yurt. Lisa is a friendly and helpful host who made our stay absolutely wonderful.

We just had the most wonderful stay at Sadhara bothy. The location is remote and stunning, perfect for a peace and quiet getaway. The bothy is well equipped, clean and cosy. The fireplace got the bothy nice and toasty. It's also a 20 min drive through beautiful red deer moorland to the train station where we picked up some fantastic cake to eat on the train and watch the awesome scenery go by on the west highland line. There were beautiful walks through the blackwood, a pristine loch you could get out on, and pleanty of wildlife to spot. Will have to go back again to explore more. What a lovely place! Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect spot to unwind and disconnect. The views from every window were stunning, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sarah was kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and her warm hospitality really stood out. We’d love to return.

Great choice of you're visiting Skye and all it has to offer. Very conveniently located close to Portree, but not in the middle of it, so you still have wonderful views to enjoy. Accommodation was easy to find and very well equipped. Spotless throughout. Definitely a great choice for two people.
