Just a 13-minute walk from Downtown Burbank, Urban Refuge is a spacious top-floor studio in an intimate five-unit building. Enjoy luxury bedding, fast Wi-Fi, a 55" 4K TV, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Self check-in, private access, and plentiful free street parking. Quiet residential setting; not ideal for late-night activity. ALDI supermarket at the end of the street.

One of the best things about our space is that you feel you are in nature not in urban Los Angeles. When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool. Life is good :)
