The house was as advertised and extremely comfortable for my family. It was close to downtown and the walking trails too. Margeaux was great and communicated well through the whole trip. We would stay here again when in Bay City.

Jereme’s place was wonderful! My fiancé and I spent the weekend there for his 30th birthday and it was perfect. Peaceful and relaxing, great coffee shops and restaurants only minutes away too. The hot tub was a plus as well! We’d definitely recommend!

Exactly as pictured/described as in the listing. A little on the spartan side with furnishings, but _very_ clean, the couch was super comfy, and the sunroom would be really lovely when the weather is warmer. Has coffee maker AND coffee. Close to nice walking paths. It was just what we needed. We'd rent again.

Calm, modern and comfy apartment within walking distance of many bay city spots we wanted to visit. One of the most zen places I’ve stayed at. Up the stairs, opened the door and immediately felt relaxed. I really appreciate the hosts responsiveness ahead of time to a question. The kitchen and bath had all of the pieces we needed to feel at home. I’ll remember this place for many years.

Very nice house! Needs a little maintenance with some flooring an a window. But other than that very spacious place!

Fabulous stay and hope we get back to Bay City so we can come back. In town for a bowling tournament and we had both main floor suites and it was perfect for us. The sitting room, with its huge TV, was a great place for our group to hang out after a day of bowling. The dining room chairs made our nightly cribbage games extra comfy. Beds were great! The housecoats were a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a memorable location with tons of character and special touches this is your spot!

This place had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The place was clean. Check in and out was easy. Definitely a great host!
