Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

The Cottage @ Eutierria

The Cottage is a unique retreat offering a deeply calm, homely feeling, set within 10 acres of pristine natural bushland. Thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with nature, it provides a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by native wildlife. Wake to the sun rising over the ocean, the gentle chorus of songbirds, and quiet encounters with wallabies and kangaroos. Begin your day with a slow sip of locally sourced organic tea or coffee, allowing the stillness of the landscape to set the tone for day.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Large, secure 9m double bay shed to store your boat and gear. Kangaroo visitors aplenty.

Deepwater Beach House

BYO SHEETS, PILLOWCASES & TOWELS Unwind at this private hidden gem where relaxation and rejuvenation come first. Time stands still, offering an endless escape. And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Dogs are welcome but guests are responsible for cleaning up excessive shedding. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found in any of these places. Also no chasing of the wild life.

Very private holiday house on 154 acres Approximately 1.3 km of Bottle Creek frontage. Fantastic fishing, crabbing and prawning from the block. Fully self-contained holiday house. Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.
