Nice place and great host. Beach 10 min walking distance. Shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, kitchen has everything needed to cook for the whole family. Grill also available. The garden is full of orange trees although there’s unused potential there to maximise the value even more. All in all, nice stay and would recommend to others.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anxhela. Sie war immer äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und toller Standort für viele Unternehmungen. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt notwendig. Die Unterkunft war total sauber und es war alles vorhanden (inkl. Pfeffer, Salz, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.). Bei unserer Ankuft wurden wir von einem netten Herren in Empfang genommen, sonst hätten wir diese wahrscheinlich nicht direkt gefunden. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt (auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen), mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We've had many good accommodations in Albania but this one was by far the best. Konstantina and her kind family were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very spacious (family of five), the balcony wonderfully equipped and spacious as well. We had a wonderful time and great stay! Just to know: only recommended when you have a car.

We had a lovely stay at Livadi Beach, easy walks to beautiful bays and an awesome bakery and many restaurants in the village. The house was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood.

A perfect place - especialy for traditional, rural style lovers. Quiet and nice. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The way to the beach is rather difficult to walk. Theodora is very kind and helpful. When she is not around, her neighbours Felleza and Mili care for the place and are willing to help.

Een mooi klein dorpje met goed strand. Ideaal om een paar dagen te verblijven. Beneden zit een bakker en supermarkt. Richting de kamer moet je wel trappen op, dus enige fitheid is wel gevraagd. Ook is het een stuk schouwen met koffers naar dr kamer. ondanks dat is het de moeite waard. De kamer is mooi, en vanaf het ruime balkon het je een mooi zicht over het dorpje en de zee. Tevens is Timo erg behulpzaam en woont op de onderste etage van het gebouw. Ik had best nog een aantal dagen langer willen blijven.

I recently stayed at the BMT RESIDENCE apartment, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is perfectly located especially if you have car it’s only 10-15’ from the city and 20-25’ from the beach. My room and generally the house was beautifully decorated, nice, simple and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting. This place is a hidden Gem in Himare! It’s a private apartment in a quaint little house at the top of the mountain. The views from the top of the staircase are breathtaking. The place is clean and has everything you’ll need. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you have the chance!

Fantastisk värd som gör allt för att ni ska trivas. Traditionell albansk mat och egenproducerat vin. Byn och omgivningarna är mycket fina. Rekommenderas varmt.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were there at the end of October and the weather was perfect, warm enough to go swimming and sunbathing but cool enough to do hiking. The landscape is incredible. There are many secluded beaches in the area that we enjoyed very much. We met Kleanthis and his father, Freddie, and both are wonderful people and super helpful. They also gave us oranges and pomegranates from their garden.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus von Antonio und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine unglaubliche Lage und liegt an einem ruhigen Strand - inkl. guter Bars, leckeren Restaurants und Natur, wohin man blickt. Das Meer ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Kleine Mängel, die nun hoffentlich behoben sind: - Es gibt nur 1 Schlüssel, wenn das Haus für 12 Leute ausgelegt ist, braucht man da natürlich mehr Bewegungsfreiheit. - Der Strom fiel des Öfteren aus (im ganzen Dorf), jedoch begann der Sicherungskasten nach einigen Wieder-Einschalt-Versuchen Funken zu sprühen. Ein Elektriker aus der Gegend konnte uns schließlich helfen. Ein Rundum-Check der Haus-Elektrik wäre sicher von Vorteil. Als Randnotiz: Die kleine Straße zum Haus ist nur mit Lehm gemacht, bei Regen ist Vorsicht geboten (Schlammlöcher und Rutschgefahr), aber mit Geduld durchaus befahrbar. All in all: A PLACE TO VISIT AGAIN!

We had a wonderful holiday at Elvis's apartment. His mother was on hand and helpful throughout without being at all intrusive. She was very kind and gave us lemons from the beautiful garden and help when needed. The apartment has everything needed as well as lovely outside space with a beautiful view of the bay. It is peaceful and picturesque. There are 4 restaurants in the village and we tried three. Our favourite was Taverna Viktoria right next door who also provided us with takeaway food when we arrived late and on other nights when we wanted. A car is a must as the nearest beach is about a 10 minute drive, but Piqeras is a perfect location for exploring the southern part of the riviera. We especially recommend Borsh beach, Butrint, Porto Palermo and Gyrocaster as places we particularly enjoyed. For Brits Albania is fabulous value and a very beautiful picturesque country. We hope to return in the future and would definitely stay again at Elvis's.

Een warm ontvangst van de host en zijn hondjes. Een prachtige locatie met een adembenemend uitzicht over bergen en de zee. 's morgens hing er een zak versgeplukte sinaasappels aan onze deur. Groot, mooi, schoon huis. Op 10 min rijden sta je aan zee en binnen een uurtje bij diverse prachtige bezienswaardigheden (De badplaats Sarandë, The blue eye en de old town van Gjirokastër. ) Maar ook een boek lezen op de veranda met de ondergaande zon was genieten! Absoluut een aanrader.

This airbnb is beautiful! It had everything we needed and was located between two restaurants with great fresh food at good prices. You need a car to get around as the house is in the hills and the area is very steep and rocky, but the views are well worth it.

The House is absolutley stunning! We would love to come back one day :)

Anita's place is a lush oasis overlooking the sea from high above. The garden is wonderful and very well maintained, with lots of trees, fruits and flowers, with a great bbq corner, really like the pictures. The house is well equipped, comfortable with a cosy atmosphere. We enjoyed the place very much. Just across the street, the Taverna Viktoria can't be missed and is worth a few visits for the friendly service and tasty dishes to enjoy from the quiet terrace. Multiple beaches are a few kilometers away, each one offering a different scenery. We spent a great time in and around Piqeras, and we appreciated to come back to this nice place, to spend time in the garden. Getting fresh fresh pomegranate, lemon or kaki direct from the trees was a great plus to the stay. Not to forget the more than friendly cat coming and going and always happy to cuddle. This has been a great week and we thank Anita a lot for making this place available to us!
