My family and I were gathering together from 3 different states to one mountain cabin in Georgia. We found Beary Happy because it met our requirements. Upon arrival, it was much better than expected inside and out! Rainy times were not a problem because the home had plenty to keep us occupied while the resort had lots for us to do when tge sun shined. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming, providing us far more than we could have hoped for. We lacked nothing but groceries, which were nearby. The cabin was spotless and smelled fresh! We hope to go there again in the future and we thank you for hosting us.

Cottage was as advertised and much more!! From seeing deer’s in the morning and evening as well as the recreation center for some arcade fun. The locution was within short drives to winery’s. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge are also short drives for grate places to eat and shop. Definitely will be back!!!

It was an amazing weekend, seeing wildlife everywhere on property was so cool, game room was awesome, fire pit was very relaxing and peaceful, we want to come back in fall so we can watch football on the tv in the covered porch. The fireplace in the house was amazing. Mary and Dianne were amazing host, they really made us feel at home. The snacks they left were A+. We will definitely be staying at Mary and Dianne place again.

Our stay was great! There was 14 of us and the home was extremely accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space and great views just as advertised. I hope to book this home again in the future.

We booked the “Looking Glass” as a surprise getaway for my stepson’s spring break (he is visiting from NYC). He is 14 and had a blast using all of the wonderful amenities that the home provides. We spent hours on the patio just listening to the river. My family and I will cherish these memories.

Bryan was very communicative and responded right away. The place was beautiful and perfect for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 year old and our 10 month old daughter. It was new and kept very clean. Hot tub was great and there were TONS of deer all around the property that were very friendly and came to hang out with us outside. My only warning is the steep driveway and hill the house is located on. We got in late and it was dark and very difficult to back our truck up to the property without almost driving over the ledge.

This was our first time visiting Ellijay and we were glad this one was available. This place is one of those you make sure you purposely come back to when it comes to Air BnBs. Michelle was very pro-active in communicating. She was also quick to respond if I had a question. The place itself was a dream. It was spotless as it seemed like a brand new cabin with new appliances. We loved the shower in the master bedroom. The highlight in our brief trip was that there were deer that showed up and the hosts had provided feed for us to throw out (one deer did not want to leave). Checkout was very simple. We stayed all the way till time to checkout because it left that much of an impression.

Jarrett was vey good at keeping us informed about everything that happened at the condo, we appreciate the collaboration, we recomand her property. Thank you!

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!

Our daughter wanted to travel with her dog. Our choice to stay at the condo was based upon the pet friendly feature. Very spacious bedrooms. Added an additional night with easy. Thanks for hosting 😀.
