Perfect and quiet place to gather with family! Very comfortable , have everything you need very accesible and easy to find. We felt very safe.

Susan was a lovely host! She was always quick to respond if we had a question or needed help. Everything was very clean including the pool in the backyard.

We came in for a few days and really liked the house. It’s within a mile or two of downtown and felt centrally located to everything. Beds were comfortable and the place had plenty of room for our family of five. Kids loved the backyard and hot tub. We would stay there again!

Wow, Sean’s place was well worth the price! The house was well stocked with your basic necessities on hand and decorated with a fun vibe. Loved the location, under 10 min to any of our favorite shopping places or restaurants. This was a wonderful place to host our Easter Holiday with family. We certainly created beautiful memories there that will last us a lifetime!

Second time staying at this place, our crew had the best time! Rachel and her team make everything so easy and the accommodations couldn’t be better. Such a fun space!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home – perfect for our group of two couples and five kids! The house was super spacious, well-equipped, and just had a great, relaxed vibe that made us feel instantly at home. The highlight for all of us was definitely the pool – even better than the photos! The kids spent hours splashing around while the adults lounged and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. Location-wise, it was quiet and convenient, and the hosts were responsive and thoughtful throughout. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend for families or groups traveling together!

Our family had an incredible stay at this property over the Easter weekend! We surprised our kids with a weekend trip to Fredericksburg and this property checked all the boxes! They swam their little hearts out and we all loved how cozy, bright and inviting the indoor space was. The perfect property to relax, recharge and spend time with those that matter the most. The property was in close proximity to Main Street, which was nice. However, we decided to check out restaurants that were maybe 10-15 mins from the property. Highly recommend Cabernet Grill Restaurant, Altstadt Brewery, Prometheus Pizza and Safari Winery! I also can not say enough about Marilyn! She was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive! We are very appreciative of your help this past weekend! Hope to stay at another property in the future that you manage or perhaps we will come back to this one for another wonderful stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house had so much character. We loved having our morning coffee on the back patio, watching the deer wander around the property.

We had an amazing stay at this home for our bachelorette trip! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 16, with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The hot tub was a huge hit and made for a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location was also ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

It was exactly as described… cute little cottage located in a neighborhood that was peaceful and walkable to town. This place was decorated so cute and quite spacious. It was so peaceful in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved it!

The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, enhancing our overall experience. Located just a couple of minutes from downtown, it offers the perfect balance—close enough to enjoy the city's amenities while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown traffic. This space is perfect for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. I highly recommend this place; it truly is perfect!

Cute tiny home wonderfully decorated, with small private fenced backyard. Home is located in the backyard behind the main house. The backyard was beautiful and well kept. House is in a good location, close to hospital, grocery store, laundry mat, restaurants and within a reasonable walk to downtown Fredericksburg. Hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for couples! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Laurie was also very responsive and helpful. One thing to note is there’s no living room / common space, it’s two private suites connected by the kitchen. Wasn’t a problem for us. Otherwise, everything was perfect: hot tub, fire pit, not too far from Main St., comfy beds, etc. Thanks, Laurie!

This home has a very special history and had everything we needed. The house was clean and Carla is a great host. We came down and stayed in Stonewell because we wanted to avoid the chaos that can sometimes be in Fredericksburg. It was close to a vineyard we really wanted to visit and just a really comfortable place

We plan a twice a year trip to Fredericksburg and we always love finding a new great place to stay, and Marcus’ place right off Main Street did not disappoint. The home was clean and accommodating and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in Fredericksburg. If you like steak and live music, Crossroads Saloon is right down the street and makes for a quick/easy date night that’s nearby along with all the other attractions. We will stay again!

We loved the house. Super clean and had everything we needed plus some. Extras were abundant. The screened in porch was amazing to sit on to start the day with coffee or end the day with wine. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Check out was easy. The inside was roomy and had tons of extras. The house inside and out was decorated adorably. Would 100% recommend this house and stay there again. In fact we plan too soon.
