This place was fantastic! We stayed here with our 4 daughters. They loved feeding and talking to Hershey the donkey every day. The home was clean and SO WELL SUPPLIED! We have stayed in so many AirBnBs where we had to rewash the silverware for every meal--not here! There were cooking utensils and silverware and plates and cups and bowls galore as well as tinfoil and parchment (so helpful for leftovers and baking). The owner also quickly supplied firewood when she realized it had been overlooked. We loved sitting in the front room playing games, reading, doing puzzles and enjoying the woodstove. The home is at the end of a mountain road and we hiked on the mountain and took walks up and down the road. The only constructive criticism I would have is that the key instructions are confusing. I would just say, there is no key, just a keypad with a code to get in and out. Thank you again for lovely quiet place for us to get away and celebrate New Years!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay Jon's place, 5/5 The location was perfect - peaceful, yet close to local restaurants and attractions. My favorite thing was the view of the mountains, which was simply breathtaking! Great spot to relax with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, highly recommend! Cowboy Cabin was an awesome stay. Just as described. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of amenities. Close to everywhere we needed to get to. Kimberly was extremely responsive with communications. Perfect for our needs.

Brevard is such a gem of a town, and this home is a perfect compliment. The close location to Main Street while having a beautiful yard and abundant sounds of birds chirping make for a great mix of nature getaway and convenience. The house was spotlessly clean (getting harder and harder to find with Airbnb lately) and well equipped for a weekend stay.

Marisa’s house is a beautiful cabin that was worth every penny. It is convenient to Brevard and the Pisgah Forest for the fishing and outdoor enthusiast. Marisa was very accommodating to my group and was prompt to responding to messages. The house was clean and lacked no amenities. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, etc. and linens were plentiful. I would recommend Marisa’s place for anyone hoping to get away and stay in a beautiful part of North Carolina.

There really are no words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. For our family of 6, and our 2 doggies, we were looking for a large space in a beautiful and peaceful setting to enjoy the holidays together. We are all so busy and run in different directions, and we thought this would be a great way to have a captive Christmas for everyone to enjoy time together! We were right! The owner has the house decorated perfectly for Christmas, and the basement level was perfect for our 3 grown boys to play video games and bond together! Grandma enjoyed the large tv with the giant window overlooking the mountain and lake - and mom & dad (us) enjoyed the master bedroom & bath with a balcony overlooking the mountain and lake. It was perfect, like Switzerland, but only 2 hours from home! We have treasured memories of our trip!

It was our first visit to the mountains of North Carolina, and Jacqueline and Dan's was a great place to stay. We loved Hendersonville - short drive to get there. We were able to drive up to Biltmore in Asheville, we hiked in the Pisgah National forest, and made it over the Blue Ridge Parkway. And there are so many other adventures to be had within easy driving distance. But this Airbnb is so nice you won't mind the time you spend there either. Spacious, great views, fire pit, gas fire pit/table, hot tub, two decks and more. Great place to hang out and create memories, for us it with our 5 adult daughters. Fair to say we highly recommend! Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at.
