We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We felt relaxed and right at home. Justin's place is very clean and spacious. For once when the listing said fully equipped kitchen they meant it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal with. Stove top or oven, you are covered! There are 2 big TVs so you can relax in the living room or bedroom while watching the tube. Justin was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again without question when in the area!

Thank you Melanie for making our stay very enjoyable. The condo was exactly as described, cozy and comfortable. The blue tones in the furnishings gave a cheery feel and the balcony was a nice feature for sitting, gazing at the birds, and relaxing while feeling the fresh outdoor breeze. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Communication was seamless and host was always available. Easy check in/ check out.

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean and roomy, and there were clear instructions for everything. There was a reasonable and short list of “things to do before checking out”. The neighborhood is quiet and, although I didn’t bring my dog along, it’s a very pet-friendly area. Right across the small street (with practically no traffic) is the community pool and gym, to which you are allowed access. Around the pool is a grassy/wooded area where you can take a pet, and the neighborhood has lots of walking paths. Restaurants and the Saturday Farmer’s Market are within a very short walk, and there is a small play set area next to the closest restaurants, which offer outdoor seating and sometimes live music. I spent a lot of time on the balcony because the weather was beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Mickie's place was very clean and smelled great. His place was the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. There were extra towels for the bathroom, which was nice and towels in the kitchen. The kitchen had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in Gainesville for work and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. It felt like a true home away from home, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment that allowed us to fully relax after long hours. The quiet atmosphere was a huge plus. We can't say enough good things and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gainesville, especially for work.

The home’s decorations are cohesive and consistent. Windows everywhere including a giant sliding glass door from the 1950s. Kitchen is fully functional. Had a great time just sitting on the dock in the chairs they had all lined up. River looks beautiful especially in the morning. Sat outside multiple nights at the fire pit having an amazing time. Two things somewhat in the area - we did Kayaking at Manatee Springs State Park. Beautiful there! Also did a sunset river cruise on Crystal River. We would’ve done one on the Suwannee but we didn’t plan ahead and everything was booked.

Our stay was exceptional! Peacefull and beautiful surroundings. Very clean and confortable. Exceeded our expectations.

I was working nearby, I wish I had time to enjoy the river. Enjoyed my stay nevertheless, no problems.

Steve was a great host! Very responsive and helpful in anyway possible. Location and home were as described, clean, quiet, and in a great location for the area. I will definitely be back when in the area.

Ya'll Warren's place was a Phenomenal getaway. Absolutely Clean every room , The Beds we're so comfortable, that actually we came home an will be purchasing a new mattress!!! It was so Peaceful at Warren's Cottage , we had the best Rest we could of ever asked for. Wished we had longer to stay but we will be back!! Thanks again Warren!!!

Wendy Lee was helpful before and during my entire stay. She checked in on me regularly and was responsive to anything I asked about or needed. The house was exactly as advertised and a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. It was easy to find and get in and out of. I hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and loved waking up to a river front view! The house is updated and felt very airy and clean. We were close to all the local springs. The Farm Stand and the pink flamingo diner are both wonderful places to grab a bite to eat. We would recommend this stay to anyone!!!

We used the condo as a base for visiting family and grandchildren nearby. Location is close to several good restaurants, a large Saturday morning farmer's market. First floor in a three story building made unloading and repacking the car easy. Colleen went the extra mile in locating an ironing board and iron to enable some quilting projects while we were staying there. When there was a minor electrical issue with one of the bedroom wall outlets a professional electrician showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We plan to return next year.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The house was great! The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless clean and the house was very big! We usually stayed in the rooms so can’t tell you much of the downstairs floor or green area but it was also very clean and neat. There’s two parking spaces available, which is very convenient if you are traveling with a group and the access to the house was very easy. Rei was an excellent host and was constantly communicating before, during and after the stay, so that is a huge plus!

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

We have stayed at Brenda ARB several times. We love the comfort of her home and the neighborhood. Will return in the future.
