My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

I recently stayed at this cozy cabin and had an incredible experience! The place was exactly as described — clean, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, scenic location. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, a super comfortable bed, and even a fire pit outside which made for some amazing evenings under the stars. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and lots of great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh coffee and extra blankets. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I can’t recommend this cabin enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Plan accordingly. Screened in walls but very sealed up. No issues with bugs. Weather was perfect for our stay. You will need your own pillows and blankets and electric fans during the warmer months. It rained a little during our stay and the sound of the rain on the roof and sounds of nature were very peaceful. We wish we would have booked a longer stay.

I stayed at this cabin for my birthday trip to visit Ginnie Springs, and it was absolutely perfect! The location was peaceful, the cabin was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. To my surprise, the bugs didn’t bother us much at all—though we did come prepared with bug spray just in case. The host, Nildari, was incredibly kind and attentive, even offering to replenish things like firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid if we ran out. But the real star of the stay? The outdoor shower. It was beautifully set up, felt super clean, and had amazing water pressure and temperature—honestly one of the best showers I’ve ever had. The bathrooms were also immaculately clean, which I really appreciated. And being just 15 minutes from Ginnie Springs made the location even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the springs!

This place is really great. If you think your dogs wont dig though, they probably will lol the property seems mostly fenced all around so our dogs actually stayed in the yard & listened well. The house is perfectly kept and the rugs help so much with the sand. The house is close to Ginnie Springs, Ichetucknee, & many others. We ate at the Wash, Chompers & Sandy Point restaurants, they were all great chompers being the best actually. Bed slept fine for us, and the couch. Water pressure is great for the shower and AC is probably best youll ever find in a house. Great big porch & lots of room for gathering. We will be bath to visit the other springs!

We had an amazing stay on the farm. The surroundings were beautiful and the cabin had the exact charm we were looking for. Brittany was a great communicator before and during our stay. She left a bucket of feed for the animals on the porch for our arrival that we used over our stay. My three year old absolutely loved feeding the animals and the interactions with them. It really felt like we had the whole farm to ourselves. If we stay in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Terry and Amy are so great! The location is perfect to disconnect with the world and relax. Right on the river. Great fishing. So peaceful. We will definitely be returning very soon. We had a wonderful time. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this place.

This place is fabulous. Here is some info based on my experience: -Owner is lovely and responsive. -2 Bedrooms- 1 has 2 singles, 1 has a queen. Ample bedding and pillows -Main area of the home is an open space divided into a kitchen and living area. Kitchen has ample cooking/eating items to use. Living area has a couch, a few other chairs and a TV. Counter top space between the kitchen living area with chairs around it for eating. -Off the living room is a large screened in porch with tables/chairs. -Internet, satellite TV, heat, and A/C all work. -A long raised deck connects the home to the water. In the winter, with the bare trees, we could see the river from the house. Plenty of space at the end of the dock to sit and enjoy the river. We had our paddle boards and did a few paddles between the house, Ichetucknee park (favorite was from north entrance to the house), and the Sante Fe River. Convenient to be able to put in/take out on the Ichetucknee! -We will return!

This was a work stay for four of us for a week. The cabin and surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for. It provided such a nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the family style decor, which just made us feel so welcome. If you love a good bathtub soak they have a wonderful, big cast iron, claw foot tub. Thanks Bina!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

Where do we start? This place exceeded our expectations! I loved the clean cabin with a porch that we could close a gate and keep the dogs on the porch. The mini kitchen had everything we needed and I loved the Coffee Tea station outside of the bathhouse. The bathhouse and the cabin were decorated so well. The bathhouse was perfect to take a shower when other members of our party were showering in our cabin. I loved the free roaming chickens and the eggs provided in the refrigerator when we arrived! I loved the patio outside of the cabins with a grilling area and a picnic area. The boat dock and nature trail were great for walking the dogs. We were only minutes from Itchetucknee Springs State Park and restaurants in Branford. The stars were gorgeous at night by the campfire and we loved listening to the birds at night- turns out the bird calling at night was a Chucks Will Widow bird! Great stay- looking forward to returning!

This is a great find! It was exactly the escape we were looking for, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we return someday. John was a great host all-around, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Aydee and Javier were incredible hosts. Their cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy - perfect for our weekend kayaking trip. The location of the cabin was perfect; on a ton of land which made it very peaceful. Aydee was very quick to respond and even came by to introduce herself which was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you're aiming to take advantage of the endless outdoor activities the area has to offer. Thank you again, Aydee + Javier, we will certainly be back!
