It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

The Homestead House

Homestead House is a newly renovated rural farmhouse with a rich history. It is the oldest house on 5th avenue, owned by fourth-generation descendants of the builder. With three bedrooms and two baths, and it’s proximity to local parks, this is a perfect getaway.
