It is a very nice house. It is a bit noisy due to the nearly road and train tracks during the day, but it wasn’t too bad during the night. Definitely rent a car if you want to stay here, or get taxis to go into town, since the station is a good walk away. Once you get a car, accessing the mountains is a breeze and traffic is quite low. The host was amazing. She picked us up from the train station on arrival and dropped us off at the train station when we left. She also brought over some more bedding during our stay. I highly recommend this place, just be aware that if you are a light sleeper, you might not enjoy staying here. Overall it was in the right location to get a taxi into Inuyama to interact with the locals, and then drive around in the mountains.

除了位置稍微远点，一切都很棒！ 来的时候可以打车前往，走的时候没办法打到车。 房主非常的热情周到，准备了水和零食～ 窗外景色宜人 尤其喜欢院子里的那棵樱花树，颜色绝美！❤️

The accommodation is a combination of traditional and modern Japanese living and is very unique in many ways. Highly recommended.

Landhouse 非常整潔，室內寬敞，廚房及浴室設備齊全 。但浴室沒有暖氣，冬天沖涼比較冷 。廚房亦有提供火鍋煮食用具 。適合一家人一起火鍋 。地下有兩張單人床 。梳化比較長，會阻礙通道，變得狹窄 。二樓的空間很大，有兩張雙人床 ，及可以容納4個人的榻榻米空間 。 房屋位置在民居，晚上比較寧靜，周邊沒有餐廳，走路8-10分鐘左右有一家Lawson ! 距離市中心榮或名古屋站 大陸15-20分鐘 。 適合自駕遊人士 。 建議： 房東增加一個插電拖板 。因火鍋電源線比較短 。 整體來說，推薦入住 。（來自香港🇭🇰）

綺麗で眺めが落ち着いた雰囲気です。 都会の喧騒を忘れさせる最高の宿でした。 駐車場も広くワゴン車も2台余裕をもって止められます。 Googleマップではわかりにくいですが、 写真付きの案内が載っておりメッセージでも丁寧に対応していただき、迷わず行くことができました。 若干細い道を通るので大型車で行く場合は注意が必要です。 大人6名で使用しましたが、リビングが広くプロジェクターでNetflixやYouTubeを見つつ、快適に過ごすことができます。 キッチンも広く基本的な調理器具が揃っており大人数人での料理することができます。（フライパン、土鍋、炊飯器、皿、箸、まな板、包丁） 調味料はないので近くのスーパー等で購入が必要です。（車で5分ほどのところに格安スーパーあり） 歯ブラシ、くし、綿棒、髭剃り、化粧水、クレンジング、洗顔料といった基本的なアメニティがあり、持参しなくていいのが助かりました。 窓にはシャッターがかかっており、一部開けにくい箇所がありました。 リビングではNintendo Switchを使用できるようでしたが、本体を探すことができませんでした。（本体は持参か事前予約かもしれません） 忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、チェックアウト後すぐに連絡が届き着払い対応をしていただきました。丁寧な対応で大変助かりました。 岐阜に行く機会はなかなかないですが、また利用したいなと思いました。

Great place to stay with lots of brilliant bars and restaurants nearby. Parking was a little tricky, one night we had free parking and the next day the space was taken and we had to pay for local parking (which was very easy). This place was perfect for our 2 night stay in Takayama.

Wonderful living accommodation with lots of space available. Beds are extremely comfortable.

大多数で集まれ、とても満足できる素晴らしい場所です！ 夜にはホタルも少し見れたので、いい夏の思い出になりました。 夏ならばほぼ絶対に虫除けセットは確実にいります。

The host is extremely friendly and even gave us an Omiyage (Japanese tradition of gift giving). We hadn’t expected this and felt rude not having something to offer in return. He didn’t seem to take it amiss. We slept very well on the traditional style futons. You could have a very nice stay here in this large residence. Just keep in mind the toilet is a squat toilet, not a traditional western toilet and the bathroom (shower/bath) is in another building. If you are looking for helpful tips in the area and seeking a traditional/authentic feeling in the place you stay, I highly recommend!

前日に急遽予約したのにも関わらず、柔軟なご対応をしてくださりありがとうございました。 二家族の母子旅行で利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんの朗らかな雰囲気に子供達が懐き賑やかな夜を過ごせました^_^ 次回は紙漉き体験をしたいと思います！ この度は豊かな時間を本当にありがとうございました！

Super nice host and the apartment is very clean. It's only a few minutes walk from the station with a well-equipped neighbourhood.

友人8人で泊まって最高でした！ バーベキューや麻雀卓、ポーカーなどいろいろ楽しむことができました。アメニティも充実しており、足りないものを購入する制度もあってすばらしかったです。またホストの方の対応もとても親切でした。 ただ、周辺の道が狭くかなりの登り坂なので、大きい車だと注意が必要かもしれないです。

Very pretty scenery all around the home. The home is in a very remote location, and I didn’t have a car, so I was nervous. But the host was very kind and always willing to take me to see the local sights or get groceries. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a great place for a small group of families and friends. Host was very responsive.

This is my 4th time staying at にゃん’s. Whenever I am in Nagoya, I know that I can feel at home here. As soon as I walk in, it does feel like coming home. In the 5 years I’ve been coming here (it would’ve been more, but as you all know, COVID wrecked the world’s travel plans), not much has changed. It’s a reliable, quiet place to come back to after sightseeing or even to make a home base for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Gifu, Mie, even as far as Fukuoka (wake up early for this!). As much as I love the apartment, the standout highlight is still the host, にゃん. When I couldn’t figure out something, or got lost wandering sightseeing, they were there to help. From the moment you become their guest, they want to make sure you have the best experience of Japan possible. Treat にゃん well, because they will treat you well. The epitome of “omotenashi” — the Japanese tradition of hospitality.

From the first, our hosts were helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The location was walkable and conveniently located to shops and transportation making it an ideal place to explore not only Nagoya but surrounding areas and cities. As soon as we opened the door to their condo it felt like home, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay while visiting Nagoya.
