The apartement is simply amazing. We felt straight away at home and wished we would never have to leave. It has a very nice bedroom which is a good size too just like the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The WC is separate from the bathroom which makes it even better. A very good washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. Inside the apartement you have everything you need, you just need to go to the store opposite, Edeka, which is a 30 seconds walk to buy all the necessary food and whatever else you need, or you can also go for a 15 minute walk to two other stores like Lidl and Penny Markt. In the area you have a small pub, different restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, basically whatever you need. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk from where you can go to Munich city. We were overall extremely pleased and of course we’re going back as soon as it’s available again. If you broke a tooth, you have the dentist right next door. Luckily it didn’t happen.

Wie bereits beim letzten Mal wurden wir herzlich empfangen und unser verspäteter check-in war unproblematisch. Die ruhige Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung ist perfekt für den Messebesuch. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles wie beschrieben, gute Anbindung an die Autobahn und ÖPNV. Eignet sich z.B. gut für einen Wochenendtrip, da man so gut in die Münchner Innenstadt oder auch zur Therme Erding kommt. Die Kommunikation mit Marc war gut und er hat uns einen flexiblen Check-In ermöglicht. Bei Gelehenheit kommen wir gerne wieder her.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Wohnung und tolle Lage in belebtem Viertel. Etwas sportlich im 6. Stock gelegen aber ansonsten perfekt.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit unserem Sohn(4Jahre), wir wussten zwar vom kleinen Garten aber das noch eine Rutsche und diverse Spielsachen vorhanden waren, war toll!

Emplacement de l'appartement excellent. Le Métro est très proche. La rue voisine est très commerçante. De plus la rue est très calme. Le stationnement face à l'appartement n'est pas toujours très facile car les nombreuses places de parking sont souvent occupées mais c'est gratuit. Le centre ville est proche. Ville très vivante et jolie. Beaucoup de visites

Gabi ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Lei è sempre stata molto disponibile. Appartamento come da foto, pulito e in ordine. Relativamente vicino a Monaco e alle terme di Erding. Tutto perfetto. Grazie di tutto!

el apartamento es ideal , acogedor , comodo, ubicado en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo, ademas queda muy cerca de la estacion de la s bahn lo que te permite visitar facilmente el centro de la ciudad , anna es atenta , amable y mantiene una buena comunicacion , por lo que si tienes alguna duda puedes escribirle y te ayudara . 100% recomendado

Elisabeth fue una gran anfitriona que estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que todo fuese bien, a escasos metros hay una parada de metro y de tranvía por lo que la comunicación con otros lugares es fantástica. Estuvimos muy agusto, gracias!

Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft für einen Besuch bei der Verwandtschaft. Die Wohnung war für unseren Zweck perfekt. Mit dem Auto konnten wir Unternehmungen im Voralpenland, bei der Familie, wie auch in München schnell und gut erreichen. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und würden dort bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist neu, recht hochwertig und groß.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Christine & Sepp sehr genossen. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Hot Tub in entspannender, ruhiger Lage. Für die Kinder war die Zeit mit den Tieren zudem besonders schön. Vielen Dank für Eure herzliches Willkommen, wir sehen uns wieder.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Apartma g. Johannesa je točno takšno kot piše, čisto, prostorno in dobro opremljeno. Lokacija je odlična, 20 min z S bahn do Marienplatz, postaja 3 min hoje od stanovanja. Parking je pred hišo. 👍

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt der Gastgeber und Familie sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Menschen. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gross und sauber. Im grossen und ganzen sehr zufrieden gewesen ☺️

Great studio apartment within 2 blocks of octoberfest! Has tons of shops/restaurants right outside of the building in the mall that’s attached to the complex. Little confusing to find the building entrance but once inside was very pleased with the Airbnb. Diego had extra towels for us and was very responsive when I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying at his place if in town for octoberfest or visiting Munich!!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines Hotels, man darf den hoteleigenen Strand mitbenutzen. Super freundliches Personal. Acht Gehminuten zur Schiffsanlegestelle oder zum Bäcker/ Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos; alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht - wir kommen gerne wieder.
