Welcome to Midland. We are within walking distance to Gerardo's Casita, Rosa's Café and Taco DeVino. So if Mexican Food is your thing we got you covered. This unit is nested on a quiet street within minutes to ClayDesta Business Center and Downtown. The houses is bright and open with two bedroom and an en suite bathroom in the master that has separate entrance for the guest bedroom. The bedrooms have 55" smart TV's as does the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook.

Centrally located Condo

Spacious 1BR 1 bath with open floor plan for kitchen/dinning/living room. Our unit is newly renovated, and offers free Wi-Fi. new appliances, and microwave, fresh linens and towels, as well as extras located in closet with iron/ironing board. Bedroom has Queen bed , desk, and each room has Amazon Fire smart TV w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps. A small patio is located off living area where parking lot is clearly visible to see your vehicle. Laundry on-site short walk away.

The flat is fully updated with all comforts that you are accustomed too and more! It has a kitchen with all the amenities in a five star resort, laundry space with a new washer and dryer, and entertainment area with Roku (Hulu, NetFlix, and Apple TV). The unit includes the best Reverse Osmosis Systems drinking water filter system money can buy. We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.

Private access to the upstairs floor of a newly remodeled home. Located in a quiet neighborhood with live oak trees. Enjoy the close location to restaurants. For shopping, Midland Park Mall is 5 blocks away. Nearby Loop 250 makes easy access to work or play. Relax in the light, airy feel of a space with plenty of windows. The Tower bedroom makes you feel like you’re sleeping in a treehouse. Sit on the deck, and drink and a cup of coffee, while viewing the park.

Single room unit #6 Private shower No pets/smoking

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

La Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

This Condo is an ideal home for Couples/Corporate guests. Here you could take a deep breath and relax because you've found a home away from home. Great location across from Midland Park Mall near shopping centers, Major grocery stores and Upscale restaurants. Our property even offers a pool! The Tall City Cottage

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.

Very safe, secure location with close parking. Efficiency unit with private exterior entrance equipped with 2 full beds, private bath, individual climate control, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Enjoy DirecTV and Wifi during your stay. We also have a complimentary guest laundry and gym so you can keep your laundry done and work out on schedule.

Tall City Texan

This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
