Wir haben uns in dem steinernen, kleinen Sommerhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der von einem alten Weinstock überdachte Innenhof hat uns begeistert. Abends konnte man ihn gemütlich und schön beleuchteten. Gefreut hat uns, dass in der Küche alle notwendigen Gewürze vorhanden waren und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein auf dem Tisch stand. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber dennoch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und vom alten Dorfkern Kolumbarys ist ideal. Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation mit Dimitrios war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter! We felt very comfortable in the small stone summer house. The courtyard covered by an old vine was very charming. In the evening, it was cozy and beautifully lit. We were pleased that all the necessary spices were available in the kitchen and a bottle of red wine was on the table to welcome us. This is such a cozy and comfy place. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean - you almost don't want to disturb the perfection! The beds, the massive couch in the living room are all very comfortable so we woke up every morning well rested. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom (the latter was stocked with soaps, shampoos and creams). There is a small outdoor space , which we made use of for afternoon drinks and breakfast. Thr place is not right next to the old city, but the parking prices are very reasonable so we just drove in and parked at a big municipal parking. The place is also great as your base for day trips around the island. Our hosts were amazing, upon arrival we found fruit, wine, bread and Michalis popped in with a plate of freshly picked strawberries. Evelina gave us lots of tips on what to do and see - all great ideas. We had a great time and highly recommend the Violin House.

Une charmante petite maison avec vue sur la mer ! Un petit endroit tranquille pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île. Nous avons bénéficié d’excellents conseils de visites et de restaurants. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un grand supermarché. Nous recommandons fortement !

A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Une semaine au paradis !! Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Manolis. La maison a les pieds dans l’eau et la vue est juste sublime. Les couchers de soleil sont grandioses. Tout est prévu pour profiter des extérieurs : bains de soleil, parasol, table et chaises, fauteuil, hamac, barbecue… Il y a des chaussures de plages pour pouvoir marcher sur les rochers et une petite plagette est également tout de suite accessible. Nous avons vécu dehors et avons été bercés par le bruit des vagues ce qui était génial. La maison est très fonctionnelle et Manolis est plein d’attentions : nous avons trouvé en arrivant une corbeille de fruit frais, des gâteaux sucrés faits maison par sa mère, des citrons de sa ferme, du Raki, des bières et des bouteilles d’eau fraîches, des dattes… Pendant le séjour il nous a amené des chaussons aux épinards et des œufs frais. Manolis a été un hôte attentif, plein de bons conseils et très prévenant. Nous espérons revenir très vite. Merci Manolis pour tout 🩵?

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή σε αυτό το ιδιαίτερο και μαγευτικό σπίτι. Ειναι ενα αναπαλαιώμενο ελαιοτριβείο που ;έχει φτιαχτει για φιλοξενία με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού και είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Μακάρι να είχαμε περισσότερες ημέρες στη διάθεσή μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!!!

ns verblijf in het guesthouse van Violetta was ronduit schitterend. Het huisje is prachtig gelegen in de heuvels, met een adembenemend uitzicht op zee – elke ochtend wakker worden was een klein geluksmoment. De faciliteiten zijn volledig in orde en maken het mogelijk om zorgeloos te genieten van een ontspannende vakantie. Alles was netjes, goed uitgerust en comfortabel. Violetta zelf is een fantastische host: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en steeds bereikbaar voor vragen of tips. Dankzij haar warme ontvangst en de rustgevende omgeving hadden we een onvergetelijke tijd. Een echte aanrader!

Ce logement est vraiment très bien. Cependant nous avons du quitter car une annexe est en construction et il y avait des travaux de 7h30 à 20h. Nous n’avons pas été informé de la situation avant notre arrivée. Il était difficile de profiter de la piscine et du balcon et les travaux nous ont réveillé le matin malgré que ce soit samedi! Par contre une fois les travaux terminés, le logement est vraiment parfait, spacieux et près de tout!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war grösser als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem Willkommensraki und Biscuits. Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe, der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder gibt, eine Kaffeemaschine mit feinem Kaffe und zwei Balkone. Die aufgehängten Bilder sind ausserordentlich schön und geben der Wohnung einen authentischen Stil. Vielen Dank!!

Rundum hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Technik und der Zustand in der Wohnung waren einwandfrei. Britta hat uns mit Ihrem Mann persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Sie hatte uns vorab einige Links zu Restaurants und Frühstück Cafés geschickt. Diese waren sehr hilfreich. Die Gegen erschien mich auch sicher zu sein und Mittwochs findet ein Wochenmarkt vor der Haustür statt. Der Weg in die Stadt war sehr einfach und gut zu meistern. Auch Ausflugsziele wie Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Schlucht, Kournas-See und Elafonissi Strand waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir in Chania nochmal Urlaub machen, würden wir uns sehr gerne wieder bei Britta aufhalten.

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. The huge balcony has the most amazing view over the beautiful bay! You can watch the sunrise while eating a home cooked meal from up there😊! The bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom was nice and water pressure was great in the shower. A really lovely place. It’s a great base for exploring since parking is free on the street. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the city from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future 👌🏼

Ein super schönes Apartment für einen Urlaub auf Kreta! Der Ausblick auf der riesigen Terrasse ist einzigartig, hier lässt es Sicht gut Entspannen. Almyrida ist fußläufig in 8 min zu erreichen, jedoch ist der Fußweg etwas steil. Das Apartment hat direkt davor einen zugewiesen Parkplatz. Alles super, gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts. Anastasia and John were very welcoming and provided a lovely welcome basket alongside their book of extensive local recommendations. They were helpful with any questions we had and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location is wonderful--close to the sea, just a 15-20 minute walk to the harbor, but a quiet oasis away from the town's activity when you want a break. The patio and comfy bed were such a treat, as was the kitchen for preparing some of our meals. We stayed here over 2 weeks and loved it. If you are in town on a Saturday, go to the farmers market and stay for lunch in one of the cafes! Thank you, Anastasia and John! We didn't want to leave.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

We really enjoyed our stay in Rethimnon. It’s a Nice old town, many restaurants. The appartement is in a quiet area, but near the centre and allmost at the beach. If you have a car available, you can visit the countryside to do some hikes in the area. Effie gave many tips and the appartement was perfect.

Die Unterkunft war nicht so leicht zu finden. Der Gastgeber hat uns kontaktiert und uns abgeholt, sodass wir hinterher fahren konnten und gemeinsam die Unterkunft gefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist generell sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht, es lagen sogar ein paar Leckerein und frisches Obst bereit für uns. Als wir etwas benötigten hat es keine 4 Minuten gedauert bis wir uns gemeldet hatten und er mit den Sachen vor unserer Tür stand. Also sehr hilfsbereit und man hat sich total zuhause gefühlt! Absolutes Highlight und der ausschlaggebende Grund die Unterkunft zu buchen war natürlich auch der Jaccuzi. dir Bedienung ist easy und man hat tagsüber einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Auch der Checkout war super flexibel. Alles wunderbar! :-)

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Super Ausstattung, die Einrichtung ist individuell, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Alles top, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Perfekte Lage, um Chania zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen zum Relaxen und die tollen Ausblicke zu genießen. Zum Venezianischen Hafen bzw. in die Altstadt ist es ein schöner kleiner Spaziergang über die Uferpromenade an zahlreichen Restaurants vorbei. Persönlicher und sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation ist top. Liebe Christina, vielen Dank, wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung und in Chania sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandros apartment . The garden is amazing & the host is professional & friendly . Alexandros was very helpful with everything we asked . The swimming pool is big & the garden furniture is very cozy . The appartement itself is very functional & only 10/15 mins drive from the old city . We highly recommend it .
