un excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement confortable avec une vue au top! Endroit paisible à proximité de tout. Stamatis est hyper réactif et de très bons conseils. la literie est de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Ce logement est vraiment très bien. Cependant nous avons du quitter car une annexe est en construction et il y avait des travaux de 7h30 à 20h. Nous n’avons pas été informé de la situation avant notre arrivée. Il était difficile de profiter de la piscine et du balcon et les travaux nous ont réveillé le matin malgré que ce soit samedi! Par contre une fois les travaux terminés, le logement est vraiment parfait, spacieux et près de tout!

Modern, well designed & equipped condo. Great location within walking distance to waterfront and many good restaurants. Reserved covered parking is a bonus. Gad is very responsive.

Όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος

Prachtig uitzicht, rustig, alles op wandelafstand, met oog voor detail ingericht. Heel erg lieve hosts: lekkere honing, confituur, kaas, boter en eieren, granaatappel, koffie, thee, drankje, goeie tips voor resto, bar, strand,...Fantastisch terras en aparte patio bij inkom. Aanrader!

The apartment is very well furnished, there are all the amenities for staying for a long time, many sheets and pillows. The host is very responsive. It takes few minutes of walk to arrive in a small beach and 10/15 minutes for the old town that is plenty of restaurants and shops. There are several supermarkets and coffee shops in the surroundings. It's not easy to find a parking spot, even in October, but during the night there is something free in the east area. Internet was very slow, practically not working, but I was not staying at home. Thanks for hosting me

Die Unterkunft war ihr Geld definitiv wert. Es ist ein Airbnb im „Hotelstil“: es gibt eine Rezeption mit der wundervollen Maria, die für alles eine Lösung kennt (danke dafür). Dazu gibt es eine super fleißige Putzcrew. Ansonsten hat man seine „eigene“ kleine Wohnung mit so liebevoller und detailreicher Ausstattung, dass man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlt. Unser Bett war soooooo bequem, dass wir jeden Tag lange schlafen konnten und der absolute Gamechanger für uns war die Waschmaschine. Das Airbnb ist etwas außerhalb, wir hatten leider kein Auto gemietet und sind daher viel zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Dadurch trafen wir auf viele Restaurants und Cafés, in denen sich die Locals aufhalten statt nur „Touris“ um uns zu haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ❤️ mit Fahrzeug :) Danke für alles. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable chez Franck. La vue magnifique, la piscine devant l’appartement, relaxant. Franck habite sur place, très discret mais aussi toujours là pour nous donner des conseils. Le lit est très bon. Je recommande ce petit coin de Crète, nous reviendrons sûrement lors d’un prochain séjour.

Excellent séjour chez Manolis. La résidence est magnifique, paisible, bien agencée. Accès à un rooftop partagé vue mer pour manger ou chiller. Balcon au dessus de la piscine. Le logement est à 10min en voiture de Rethymno. Facile d'accès et pour se garer (ce qui n'est pas le cas de la Rethymno!). Bel endroit pour découvrir Rethymno et ses alentours et les plages du sud à 40min. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et seront heureux d'y revenir. Et Manolis est d'une gentillesse telle qu'il est difficile de partir.

Ottimo appartamento in zona tranquilla, ma ad un minuto a piedi dal mare e da una zona con molti locali affacciati sul mare. A 10 minuti dalla città vecchia. Appartamento con piccolo terrazzo con ottima vista mare (2 sedie e tavolino), piacevole soprattutto la sera e la mattina. Altro ampissimo terrazzo coperto con tenda, attrezzato anche con barbeque. L’appartamento si presenta bene con tutti i comfort. Pratico e piacevole il soggiorno. Host puntuale nelle risposte e nei suggerimenti. Molto apprezzato. Parcheggio per auto disponibile nelle vie limitrofe ma sempre a massimo 2 minuti dall’appartamento. Noi in 4 (due adulti e due bambini) siamo stati benissimo sfruttando poco del grande spazio a disposizione.

Un soggiorno perfetto! Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è bellissima, estremamente pulita e ordinata, curata nei minimi dettagli. La posizione era ideale per visitare le attrazioni della zona e godere di momenti di relax. Zoe è stata eccezionale: sempre gentile, disponibile H24 e pronta a fornire ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Grazie ai suoi suggerimenti abbiamo scoperto spiagge meravigliose e ristoranti che hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più memorabile. Inoltre, un gesto davvero apprezzato è stato permetterci di effettuare il check-out alle 17, ben oltre l'orario stabilito, visto che la nostra partenza era prevista in serata. Questo ci ha consentito di godere appieno dell'ultimo giorno senza fretta. Non possiamo che consigliare vivamente questo appartamento e ringraziare Zoe di ogni cosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni in un bellissimo appartamento, pulitissimo ed attrezzatissimo. L’appartamento si trova a circa 10/15 minuti dal centro di Chania, davanti ad un supermercato e a nostro parere, si trova alla giusta distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle (1.45h max). L’ordine, la pulizia e l’attrezzatura dell’appartamento ci ha consentito di viverci il soggiorno al massimo! Vorrei riservare un grazie speciale alla carinissima Chrysoula. È stata gentilissima, socievole e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. È stata la prima persona del posto che abbiamo conosciuto e ci ha veramente scaldato il cuore conoscerla…grazie! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille!

Rundum hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Technik und der Zustand in der Wohnung waren einwandfrei. Britta hat uns mit Ihrem Mann persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Sie hatte uns vorab einige Links zu Restaurants und Frühstück Cafés geschickt. Diese waren sehr hilfreich. Die Gegen erschien mich auch sicher zu sein und Mittwochs findet ein Wochenmarkt vor der Haustür statt. Der Weg in die Stadt war sehr einfach und gut zu meistern. Auch Ausflugsziele wie Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Schlucht, Kournas-See und Elafonissi Strand waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir in Chania nochmal Urlaub machen, würden wir uns sehr gerne wieder bei Britta aufhalten.

L’appartement est extrêmement bien placé en plein centre ville , nombreux restaurants à proximité. Il y a par contre un peu de bruit le soir mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé et semble un peu évident vu la localisation. La literie est un peu trop ferme à mon goût par contre. L’appartement était très propre . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec le jacuzzi sans aucun vis à vis

We had a great stay! The appartment is small, but has everything you need. We received great recommendations from Maria and loved the pastries from Costa's bakery! Some restaurants, a supermarket and the beach are in walking distance. If you have a rental, it's easy to find a parkingspot close to the appartment.

Ein super schönes Apartment für einen Urlaub auf Kreta! Der Ausblick auf der riesigen Terrasse ist einzigartig, hier lässt es Sicht gut Entspannen. Almyrida ist fußläufig in 8 min zu erreichen, jedoch ist der Fußweg etwas steil. Das Apartment hat direkt davor einen zugewiesen Parkplatz. Alles super, gerne wieder!

Amazing place to stay! The villa was lovely. Had comfortable you need and more for a comfortable. Amenities were great. Location was great - easy to find and park. It’s only 15 min walk away from the local village Kalamaki where there’s plentiful amount of really good restaurants/cafes and a supermarket. Kamilari is a 3 min drive away. The views are amazing and the pool was also great. We paid for the heated pool which I would recommend as I can imagine it would be too cold without it particular when the temp is only 20 degrees outside or so. The room had a comfy bed, wifi and and a tv so if you wanted to chill in the evenings it’s perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and even some complimentary juices and wine in the fridge. The midweek clean was also much appreciated. Water pressure and bathroom also perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxed quiet stay in the beautiful Crete. Host was a great communicator and v helpful as well!

We had a lovely stay. Everything worked well and location was really nice. There are nice beaches nearby and restaurants and grocery stores are also close. The area is quiet and nice. The balcony is really nice and has a great view. It is larger than the pictures indicate, and we spend both morning and evening sitting there and enjoying the view. Katerina was really flexible and friendly when we arrived. The place was easy to find. We had rented a car, and the parking worked nicely.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Life. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped and the pool and outside areas (including a mini gym which we weren’t expecting) were excellent. Antonis and Eleni were friendly and responsive hosts, sorting us out with a superb value car rental and responding to all queries very quickly. Plenty of parking and a short walk to lovely restaurants. Overall fully recommend!

Theodoros was an amazing host and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!! The apartment is in a great location, clean, and of course has an amazing view. We came with a rental car and theodoros helped arrange for us to have a dedicated parking space in a nearby lot (1-2 blocks away), which was very helpful. Anytime we had a question theodoros was quick to reply. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Chania.

Over all the years of using Airbnb, this one ranks right up there with the very best. The place is amazing - the bathroom is really modern, and sparkling clean. The pictures of the room don't do it justice, the jacuzzi in the room with a window overlooking the marina area is a sight to see, and views from the balcony are great, especially when its sunset. Pavlos left us some welcome gifts, which made us feel right at home - and he was really friendly and accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags at the apartment before the room was ready. I don't think you'll find a better place to stay in Chania, and you won't regret booking this! 5*
