Прекрасные апартаменты с изумительной хозяйкой 👌🏻 Расположение отличное между новым и старым Батуми, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Хозяйка всегда на связи, разрешила нам дождаться нашего рейса в квартире. Размеры квартиры впечатляют, огромные спальни и высокие потолки, мебель хорошего качества. Обязательно вернемся сюда, настоятельно рекомендую 👍♥️

Все прошло замечательно, супер хозяин, всегда был на связи, даже задолго до приезда, приехал из другого города, чтобы починить интернет, сделал подарок, огромное ему спасибо. Жилье в целом хорошее, есть вид на море, идти пару минут, все удобно. Пляж идеальный, черный песок, мало людей, чисто, в некоторых местах пологий, в некоторых - глубокий, что очень круто. Советую 🤍

Отдыхали большой компанией, 3 семьи, 9 человек, включая 3 детей. Комнаты уютные, чистые, как и описывали. Есть все необходимое. Чувствовали себя как дома. Место расположения самое выгодное, все в шаговой доступности. Отдельно надо сказать о Леване и его супруге Лие: замечательные люди, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. В следующий раз остановимся обязательно у Левана

The three-story abode is thoughtfully designed, with three cozy bedrooms providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. Archil’s attention to detail ensures that every corner of the house exudes warmth and invites you to relax. Archil himself is an exemplary host, combining genuine Georgian hospitality with a wealth of knowledge about the local area. He was accommodating and generous. Whether you're in the mood for adventure or seeking solace in nature, Archil's cottage is the ideal retreat. Our stay in Nikortsminda was made truly special through not only the exquisite property but also Archil’s unwavering dedication as a host. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for a unique and memorable stay in the region of Racha.

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.

Marine is so kind everything else is and added bonus. The home is exactly how it looks ok the photos, You have a private room, it's a bedroom/slash workspace/ living room but it's all how you use the space creatively. You have a private good sized kitchen, you have a private toilet and a private shower/laundry room. there are directly in the hallway outside of the bedroom/ living room. All rooms are only accessible by keys (1 per room) that only you will have. It's quiet, private, cozy, and safe. Walkability 1000 percent. City bus access a few steps away, Charter bus company Lüks Karadeniz ti Türkiye is a few streets away, there's markets everywhere. This is one of a very few streets with big beautiful trees so when you walk out of the building it's beautiful. The picture shows it as a pink building, but it was recently painted a deep green wit white trim. If you need anything contact Marine if you break anything contact Marine, it is a business but she is fair.
