I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

The most beautiful view from the windows I have ever had. Had to cry because I didn’t want to go back 😹😹 very peaceful and down to earth place with friendly owners and great common area. Really loved it!!!

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

I finally stayed at Elene’s incredible house in Ananuri after having it saved for 2.5 years, and it met and/or exceeded all expectations! The house is wonderfully cozy with a mind-blowing view that’s simply unforgettable. It felt like a blend of home, dacha, and the perfect escape spot anyone would crave. The fireplace is a real gem, adding warmth and character to the experience (just remember to solve the wood quest!). The location is ideal for hiking and relaxing, and if you have a car, it opens up even more opportunities to explore the stunning surrounding areas. Elene herself is an exemplary host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. While the area doesn’t have many dining options, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals at home. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and memorable retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. From the very beginning, Gela and his family made us feel at home with their incredible hospitality. They were so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The cottage itself is a peaceful retreat—cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, we were lucky enough to try the best khachapuri we’ve ever had in Georgia, homemade with love by our wonderful hosts. As if that wasn’t enough, they also treated us to fresh milk from their cows, along with homemade butter and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious and added to the authentic experience. If you’re looking for an authentic place with amazing hosts, this is definitely the spot. We’d love to come back!

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

Despite of really cold weather outside, into the house was really warm ❤️ In the kitchen you can find all necessary (or ask Luka about additional dishes) Also Luka was really kind and treated us to a wonderful lobiani! ✨✨✨ Thanks a lot and have a good year! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. The host, Piotr, was incredibly kind and responsive — he answered all my questions quickly and even gave great recommendations for food and transportation in Batumi. The location was perfect and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for making my trip comfortable!

We liked that the apartment was spacious and clean, fully corresponds to the photos you see, after a good renovation. Very nice location next to the park and a few minutes to the sea. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The host was helpful and responded quickly to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Türkiye’den gelerek İlk kez Airbnb kullandım bu sebeple endişem vardı. Ama ev sahibi çok çabuk ve hızlı bir şekilde evi tutmamıza yardımcı oldu. Türkiye’den gelecekler buraya kesin baksın. Çok temiz ve herşeyi olan bir yer. Hem de güzel manzarası olan Batum’da her yere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz lüx rezidans dairesi. Natalya ya çok teşekkürlerimi gönderiyorum <3

Остановились в этой квартире в Тбилиси — заселение было глубокой ночью, и, несмотря на это, нас встретили без вопросов и с полной готовностью. Это редкость, и это круто. Квартира чистая, аккуратная, с тёплой атмосферой. Всё, что нужно, было на месте. Отличный вариант, особенно если хочется, чтобы по приезду тебя не просто пустили переночевать, а сделали это с заботой.

Проживали с сентября по ноябрь включительно. Остались довольны, хорошее место, рядом есть неплохие рестораны; море в двух минутах ходьбы; собственный газовый котел, в котором можно отрегулировать нужную температуру отопления квартиры, что удобно в не-сезон; удобная просторная двуспальная кровать; много посуды и столовых приборов. По фотографиям и описанию соответствует. Коммунальные выходят небольшие, в среднем 100 лари в месяц с учетом интернета в 50 мбит\сек.

Мне очень понравилось жилье Лики. После шумного Тбилиси очень приятно провести несколько дней в тихой местности, где из звуков только петухи и индюшки) В доме есть все нужное, видно что делался для себя. Посуды много, есть шампуры и мангал. А территория вообще супер: гамаки, шезлонги, все зелено и много места. В общем место супер, вернусь еще)

Natia was an amazing hostess. The place looks even better than the photos! Solo female traveller and I stayed for 5 days- the views were breathtaking, the space was great with a spacious lawn. I also felt extremely safe and looked after, with house keeping coming a few times to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall 10/10 experience and I would come again. Thank you Natia!

The place was magical and everything from the mountains views to the restaurants in area was incredible, it was close to Mestia and other attractions in the mountains that we explored through our visit. Before reaching there, the road was a bit rough but nothing we didn’t expect, The stay was very clean with all the amenities we expected and more which was amazing !
