We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

Nice place and very clean. Also, the location is good and all the family are friendly and helpful. The have excellent amenities( washing machine , coffee and tea).

Room as described and in a good location for a good price. Bathroom looked a bit worn, but nothing major and for the price it was still a 5-star experience. Location is not in the most touristy part of Tbilisi but rather my favorite neighborhood of Vera. I definitely recommend staying here

Nino was a wonderful host. She took great care of us and was always approachable. She can also arrange airport transfers and excursions. The bookable breakfast was great - typically Georgian. And the location couldn't be more central. A clear recommendation if you are in Kutaisi.

The place was as described, quite, beautiful and solitude was soothing. Warm host. The host even asked her guard dog to escort us, and my wife being scared of dogs wasn’t bothered by the dog being around. (It was so quite and friendly)Definitely recommended for budget friendly stay at a warm home.

Арендовали на 7 дней, продлили еще на 7 все отлично, дом стоит своих денег 7 минут от пляжа, 10 минут от Уреки спокойное место всем советую.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Zaza war sehr angenehm. Wir haben spontan gebucht und schnell eine Antwort von Zaza erhalten. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, so dass man Kutaissi gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und der Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tina’s. Location is hard to beat, we were able to walk everywhere, lovely places to eat and drink nearby.

Все было просто замечательно! 1. Коммуникация и прибытие были на высшем уровне, Nini очень гостеприимная хозяйка, со всем помогла, все вопросы решались очень быстро) 2. Квартира очень ухоженная, светлая и чистая 3. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания 4. Очень красивый вид из окна, есть балкончик :) 5. В комплексе быстрый интернет 6. Отличное соотношение цена/качество Рекомендую к проживанию :)
