Amazing place! Just please get a toaster. It really was the best place to stay. We look forward to coming back next year!

This unit was so comfortable and cozy you felt like you were home. All the amenities were great. Jane was so accommodating and easy to reach. My husband and I will most definitely request another vacation here and absolutely recommend to family and friends!

We have been searching for a new place for the last few years and have struggled with finding one that offers the things our family values in a reasonable price and convenient location to the beach. Andy's place was perfect! The townhome was wonderfully clean and furnished with all needed linens and beach supplies. We immediately felt right at home. The beach and pool were superb and we loved being so close to both. We had a phenomenal week and Andy's place is definitely somewhere we will be booking again!

This is the second time we have stayed there. In the perfect spot for us. Tara is very accommodating. We even left a package there and she was nice enough to mail it to us. We would def stay again if it available.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Shana's place in Myrtle Beach! This neat little gem is everything you could want for a beach getaway—cozy, clean, and perfectly located. Shana was an exceptional host, super responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The thoughtful touches, like clear instructions and local tips, made our trip even better. We loved the vibe of the place and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Myrtle Beach. Five stars all the way!

The house was beautifully decorated and completely updated, clean and comfortable. They thought of every amenity you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable the lighting was very good the kitchen was well stocked and even had a lemon juicer! We loved being there and would definitely go back.

Great place

Beautiful location with views of the ocean no matter what room you are in. Quiet regardless of neighbors on both sides. The home had such attention to detail that made it so fun and peaceful/calming. Warren had quick communication with any questions and feedback asked before and during stay. Had a lot to offer for beach set up too!

Clean and spacious with a very nice view over the pond, screened in back porch and an outdoor grille in the backyard. We’ll come back again!

This location was perfect for us because it was 5 minutes away from the jobsite. The host was responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We work nights so the quiet neighborhood was a plus for us. We will be staying here again in the future.

This was a very nice home away from home! Everything I needed was there, so I didn’t have to scramble to the store when I arrived. I appreciated the welcoming gestures and the excellent communication. Very clean!

This is a wonderful condo situated on the lake with two screened porches and one open deck. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, private, quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and there are ample towels and supplies. Litchfield By The Sea is a wonderful place. It’s safe and you can walk to Starbucks, grocery and several shops including a wonderful bakery if you like to walk. The host is very accommodating and a good communicator. We didn’t want to leave and will be back.

Great townhouse near the beach. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. The home was very modern, extremely peaceful and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. I was very pleased and will be staying there again in the future! I loved this place !

My son stayed here for 5 weeks during a residency in a local hospital for his Physician's Assistant program. He was very happy with the privacy and peaceful surroundings for studying while not working. Being right on a golf course provided excellent deck time to relax and watch golfers play. The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as the listing showed. When I visited him, we had ample options for dining, or just hanging out having a cold beer. Great location! Holly's communication was top notch during the process. Very responsive and friendly. The instructions were very clear from check in to check out. I will be back, but this time to have more fun, play some golf, and enjoy the atmosphere. 100% recommend!!
