My husband and I came for a one night get away in the dead of winter. We chose this location because it had plenty to do without going any where. The pool table and hot tub were great. We arrived and never left the house. The house was clean and spacious, has plenty of amenities, and the host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit. We would look forward to coming back when its warm to enjoy the view of the marina and the town of Fairport Harbor. We might even schedule a stay next winter just to get away. Overall great location and great Airbnb. definitely would consider staying at this location again. Especially enjoyed the hot tub. close to downtown Geneva and many local wineries. We weren't there during prime season, but I can see this being a great spot for the main strip in Geneva On The Lake.

This stay was AMAZING! We had a wonderful time with lots to do and lots of wineries around as well. While we weren’t out, we stayed in and used the hot tub and loved the karaoke machine. We would give this stay 6 stars if we could!!

Very comfortable. It shows that you get breakfast but I think that is for the bed and breakfast price. Our price was excellent for what we received.

The house was beautiful and very clean. it was a very short distance to the beach and great restaurants which is what we were looking for.

Location location location… Walkable to most everything on the strip. The beds were comfortable and clean, since the cottage was on the lake, it was lovely to wake up to the sound of waves. Basic amenities, one towel and hand towel per room. No hand soap or shampoo or shower soap, just something to be aware of. Heating element is in the main room, so bedrooms are not heated independently, it can be chilly if you want to keep your door shut. Again, the location made the place perfect for a visit to the strip. Basic but definitely did the trick for a girls weekend away.

Beautiful private neighborhood on a road with steps down to the beach. Glorious stars at night without competition from city lights. The cottage immediately felt like home. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. 8am weekday mass closeby and lived Deb’s diner afterwards.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Close enough to the GOTL strip but still quiet. The views of the sunset from the fire pit were perfect.

It was so nice to have a vacation rental within walking distance to the Lake, lodge, park, entertainment, restaurants and bars. Lots of little extras Kelly had for our dogs. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Beds and pull out couch comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just park your car and hit the road running! Cottage was very quaint and clean. Coming back asap!

This place was great for traveling through! Felt totally comfortable and safe, nice quiet neighborhood. I stayed two separate times for a single night, and would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! This is our second time staying at the house and Jan is extremely friendly, and the house is wonderful! We had the dogs with us and she’s very thoughtful with all of her touches to make the stay wonderful!

Cottage was beautiful and very clean. Location was great very close to the strip but very quiet at night.

Best Airbnb in the area, we have stayed at a few in the past. If you’re on the fence about quality then I’m here to tell you that this is the nicest and most accommodating spot.

This was my second time staying at this home. I am always satisfied. It’s like a little home away from home.

We loved this cottage. It was clean, just like the pictures and darling. We wished we had more time to enjoy the cozy outdoor space as well. Highly recommend this cottage. Tammie was great with instructions and resonse time. We will go back for sure!
