This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız bu ev çok huzurlu ve sakin geçti. Levent bey bize çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Elimizde olsa tatilimizi daha da uzatacağımız çok keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

Мы чудесно провели здесь время. Дом чистый, удобный и очень тихий. Мы путешествуем с собакой и переживали что будут стаи собак вокруг, но в деревне только несколько хозяйских небольших собак, так что это не проблема. Так как это выше побережья практически на 800 метров, здесь прохладнее чем в Каше и Калкане примерно на 7-10 градусов и зимой тоже. Зимой огромный плюс именно этого дома -это печка!!!! конечно можно отапливаться кондиционером, но печкой -это гораздо приятнее. Романтика! Очень приятные хозяева, помогают в решении возникающих вопросов. Дом хорошо оборудован, мы прожили практически месяц, нам всего хватило. Электричество отключалось, на долго раза 3-4 по несколько часов, и чуть чаще минут на 20, для жизни это не проблема, только если для работы, а вот интернет медленный, но стабильный. Для нас место было идеальным. Тихая сельская жизнь.

We had a truly wonderful week at Sage House. Superb location with breathtaking views from the lovely terrace, gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. Olivia and Süha were fantastic hosts - they even took us to the annual 11km walk celebrating Patara villager’s nomadic past, and we walked with locals through stunning scenery accompanied by musicians, dancers, horses sheep and camels! Patara village and the beach are just as unspoiled as they were when I used to visit in the 90s. Will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

Öncelikle Melek Hanım’a çok hızlı iletişimi için teşekkür ediyorum. 2 aile olarak misafir olduk. Bizleri anne ve babası karşıladı ve gerçekten kendimizi evimizde hissettik :) özellikle küçük çocuklarımız için rahat hareket edecekleri geniş bir ortam vardı gerek evin içinde gerekse evin bahçesinde. Özetle temizliği düzeni her şey çok iyiydi, emeklerinize sağlık çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)

Very nice place , wonderful sea view in the balcony , close to the center

The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kas and not too high into the hill to make the walk hard, but high enough that the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room was comfortable and a good place to hang out in, as the weather during our stay was a bit cold. We would definitely return if we visit Kas again.

Şaban Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi hayatımda bu kadar temiz bir otel/apart görmedim. hersey anlatılanlardan da harika. evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz hersey mevcut. Öludenize fethiye merkeze plajlara vb yerlere yakın. konum olarak çok güzel, sakın tam kafa dinlemelik. cocuklar çok mutlu oldu havuzdan hiç çıkmak istemediler . akşamları hava çok güzel oluyor hiç bunaltıcı bir hava yoktu. havuz başında akşamları uzun uzun oturup çayınızı kahvenizi icebiliyorsunuz.

Hatice et son épouse ainsi que ses proches sont des gens chaleureux et accueillants. Le logement est excellent, il était au delà de nos attente. À conseillé vivement.

hersey soylendigi gibiydi, ev denize biraz uzakti (7 km ) ama iyiki uzakmis,ev yukarida kaldigi icin gunduz ve aksam esiyordu,asagi sahil tarafinda bukadar rahat oturamazdik sicaktan dolayi. ev den son derece memmun kaldik hersey dusunulmustu. kismetse birdahakime yine emin can beyle bu konuda irtibata gececegiz.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Villa. Check in erfolgte nach Absprache früher als angegeben. Das war für uns zeitlich perfekt. Serkan hat es passend gemacht. Auch wurde sich ehrlich um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht. Die Villa ist ein Traum! Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Von allen Zimmern aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Große Bodentiefe Doppelfenster. Mann kann von der Unterkunft aus runter zu einer kleinen einsamen Bucht laufen. Das Haus ist ziemlich abgelegen. Wir sind öfters zum Kaputaș Beach gefahren. Ein Traum von einer Bucht. Wir hatem Glück und sind auf ein gutes Restaurant gestoßen wo wir uns entweder Essen zum Strand mitgenommen haben oder auf dem Heimweg... Asir Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert. liegt auf dem weg zum Kaputaș Beach oder am Patara Beach.. preisleistung super für die tolle Qualität die man bekommt. Right from the time we first contacted Derek a year ago, Derek has always been very quick in responding to any questions we had. The Villa was perfect for our party of 8, nice and quiet, very big and ideal with the two kitchens. The villa is up quite a steep hill, however taxi button directly outside and very reasonably priced to get to local amenities. Derek was on hand whenever you needed him and dealt with any concerns we had immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend these Villas to anyone looking for an affordable self catering/Villa holiday to a beautiful area of Turkey.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!
