We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Шикарное расположение, приятный район. В 10 минутах хотьбы рынок со свежими оврщами, фруктами, сухофруктами, орехами. Хозяин встретил со всей душой и старался, чтобы оставание в его апартаментах было максимально комфортное: встретил, помог донести чемоданы, организовал рабочий стол. Отличный интернет, без перебоев.

Convenient location! Place is great and very clean. Ufuk is awesome host, very friendly and responsive!

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Esat beyin evinde ailemle birlikte konakladım. Daire çok temizdi. Kapıda bizi karşılayan güvenlik görevlisi çok kibardı. Evin manzarası harikaydı. Tekrar geldiğimde mutlaka konaklayacağım

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

Öncelikle, ilk defa Airbnb kullanıcısıyım ve başlarda biraz tereddütlüydüm ama her şey çok güzel geçti. 7/24 hizmetimizde olan Murat Bey vardı; evde bir ihtiyacımız veya bir sorunumuz olursa yardımcı oldu. Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi ama sadece bahçede biraz bakım yapılması gerekiyor. Çimenler uzamıştı ve örümcek ağları çoktu, hem çadırda hem de evin içinde. Maalesef bizden önce gelen misafirler eve zarar vermişler; klimalar çalışıyordu ama kumandalarını bozmuşlar, bu sebepten dolayı açıp kapatmak sıkıntılıydı. Genel olarak tatil çok güzeldi ve kesinlikle tekrarlanacak bir tatil olacak.Hersey icin cok ama cok tesekkur ederim

Ezgi communication was excellent, always replying within minutes on the morning we left, my husband left his bag in the apartment, Ezgi sent someone round to let us in and get it within 20 minutes so we did not miss our flight

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%

Can’s place was amazing. I attended an event at Dasdas, and the location was the best for it. There is big supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants just minutes of walking distance. Can was super helpful, always reply my questions and help me with lots of problem, even gave me his travel card to take the bus. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be back next time😀

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

Burak Bey ile iletişimdeydik. Bizden önce konaklayan misafir olmaması sebebiyle esnek giriş saati sundular. Sakin ve güzel bir mekan. İletişim konusunda herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Stüdyo, hem doğayı izleyebileceğiniz hem de film izleyebileceğiniz çok güzel bir yer. Küçük çocuklar ile gidecekseniz hayvanlarla yakından temas kurabilme olanağı çok güzel. Yaşanılması durumunda telaşa kapılınmaması için belirtiyorum, yeğenim büyük ihtimalle hayvanlardan sebep ufak bir kene durumu yaşadı, daha sonrasında Burak Bey o bölgede tehlikeli bir kene olmadığını iletti bizlere. Biz 9 kişi kaldık, tekrar tercih edeceğimiz kalabalık gruplar için gayet güzel bir yer.
