Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

Die 85 Stufen des alten Hauses lohnen sich zu erklimmen, denn man wird mit einem fantastischen Blick und einer schönen Wohnung belohnt. Die Badezimmer sind winzig klein, dafür hat man aber zwei wunderbare Terrassen, einen großen Wohnbereich mit einer praktischen Küche und zwei schönen Schlafzimmern. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hält, bekommt man den Trubel, der bis spät in die Nacht hinein zu hören ist aus diesem netten, sehr zentrale gelegenen Stadtteil, nicht mehr mit. Für junge Leute die das Party Leben von Istanbul genießen wollen, eine traumhafte Unterkunft. Nur wenige Schritte vom Ufer des Bosporus entfernt, rund um überall Restaurants. Efkan ist sehr bemüht und jederzeit ansprechbar und reagiert sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Er ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Sogar die Heizung hat er uns angemacht, weil es an den Tagen recht frisch war, an denen wir da waren. Efkan und seine Wohnung sind zu empfehlen.

This is a very central location with a view of Galata Tower. Metro is close by, easy access to shopping, harbour, and local culture. Small market nearby. An old building so no elevator, and stay is on the 5th floor. Apartment was spacious and has many amenities. We really enjoyed this stay.

Emre is amazing so were room and the location. I very much enjoyed my time there and will be back.

Best of the best place to stay in Istanbul

El departamento de Edis es sin duda un lugar al que volveré algun dia. La ubicación, el tamaño del departamento y lo lindo de este lo hacen sin duda un lugar cómodo y que te hace sentir como en casa. Me hospedé mas de 1 mes y fue la mejor elección. En cuanto a ubicación, está a 3 minutos caminando la estación de metro y la parada de autobuses. Alrededor hay excelentes restaurantes (Sütis el mejor), supermercados, tiendas, de todo. En metro esta suoer cerca todo, Taksim, Sultanhamed, Ortakoy, en fin, todo esta a un paso. Gracias Edis por todo. Por último comentar que Edis y Estel me permitieron dejar mis maletas en su departamento propio para poder ir a otro destino, sin costo y muy amables. Volveré al departamento de Edis.

Burhan is a very friendly and responsive host. We have been in the apartment for 1 weeks almost and our stay has been very smooth. There are lots of grocery stores around the apt and it is a walkable distance from my office in Sisli. We had 2 bedrooms with lots of storage spaces. The apt is carefully renovated to accommodate 4 people.

Burası harika deniz manzarası olan bir daire. Koltuğa yaslanıp manzaranın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Ev temizlik bakımından gayet iyi, hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Havlu, peçete deterjan vb. aklınıza gelebilecek her şey fazlasıyla mevcut. Ev konusunda kesinlikle tekrar geleceğimiz bir deneyim yaşadık. Evle alakalı her şey harika olduğu için geleceklere tavsiyeler vermek istiyorum. Öncelikle biz araçsız geldik ve ev kabataş vapur istasyonuna çok yakın, buradan kadıköy, adalar vb. konumlara rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.Eğer Galata civarına gidecekseniz mimarsinan metro durağı eve 10 dk mesafede yer alıyor. Açıkcası biz en çok bu evin konumunu beğendik. herkese tavsiye ederiz. Yardımları için Dilan'a sonsuz teşekkürler, eviniz harika! Tekrardan görüşmek üzere🙏🏼☀

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Room very neat, 2 big bed 1 single bed , location very near to Galata, karakoy, Taksim. Host is very friendly behaviour . Only challenge we face toilet water pressure .. (manageable)..me and my family had a wonderful stay…. Host is very caring and quick response .. you will not get disappointed ..

Das Viertel ist alt und unsicher, oft sitzen Betrunkene am Eingang. Für Familien ungeeignet, aber vielleicht okay für Singles. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben immer abgeschlossen. Mustafa ist nett und gastfreundlich, aber die Lage ist schlecht.

Tolle Unterkunft. Eine bessere Lage hätten wir uns für unseren Besuch in Istanbul nicht vorstellen können.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

het appartement is prachtig, heel gezellig, een echt thuis. goede uitvalsbasis midden in het stadsrumoer. heerlijke douche, twee ruime slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer. in het weekend is er savonds wel muziek te horen. geen dreunende techno ofzo maar wij hadden een liveconcert met turkse fluit en gezang. best mooi. dat moet je dus niet erg vinden. vanaf een uur of 1 is het stil.

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.

The apartment is very well located and close to all the main attractions by public transport. Suay was very accommodating qnd helpful during our stay. I ll definitely come back whenever i’m in Istanbul.

Öncelikle Doğukan Beye çok teşekkür ederim. Detaylı bir şekilde bahsetmem gerekirse girişimiz çok rahat oldu, gittiğimizde direkt anahtarımızı aldık ve eve yerleştik. Evde bir yaşam alanı için gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Mutfakta tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu, kahve makinesi dahil olmak üzere. Banyoda da aynı şekilde şampuandan çamaşır deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. İletişim konusunda da kendisi oldukça sorumluluk sahibiydi bir problem yaşadığımızda hızlı geri dönüş aldık. Sorunsuz bir konaklama için samimi bir şekilde tavsiye ederim.
