A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

La casa è proprio come descritta nell’annuncio: accogliente e con tutto il necessario (“inclusi materassi comodi”, parola di nonni ottantenni). Sandro, il proprietario, è cortese, ospitale e pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità. Siamo stati davvero bene.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Maria Rosa un host meraviglioso! Oltre ad essere venuta incontro alle nostre richieste e necessità, è stata super ospitale e gentile! L’alloggio è stupendo! Tutte le stanze sono ampie e spaziose, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla poiché in casa era presente tutto ciò che ci occorreva. Abbiamo pernottato un weekend in 4 persone e 6 cani che hanno apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno davvero grande! Posizione strategica per raggiungere il mare e i numerosi percorsi di trekking di cui abbiamo goduto con i nostri amici pelosi. Un’esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! Grazie Maria Rosa per la fiducia e l’ospitalità! A presto!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Belforte all‘Isauro. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und privat gelegen. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder! Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Zum Beispiel mit größeren Töpfen und Schüsseln, damit man einfacher für so viele Personen kochen kann.

Volevamo un alloggio grande per un ritrovo di compagni di scuola, questa soluzione era perfetta. Con una piccola rimodernata questa villa, composta di tre appartamenti, diventerebbe un alloggio favoloso.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

What an incredible Tuscan Villa, even more beautiful in person! The gardens are immaculate and the views of the country side and Poppi are stunning!! We were two families that fit so comfortable in the space, many areas to relax and play. Kids loved the clean pool and playground. Monica and Cristina were incredibly responsive to questions and requests and even helped us cook the most delicious pizza in their authentic outdoor fire pizza oven! We would stay again in a heartbeat, it was our favourite villa during our long travels in Italy.

Le paradis en Toscane ! Une propriété incroyable , une piscine de rêve , une maison fantastique . Nous étions 4 personnes , 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain , 2 cuisines intérieures et une cuisine extérieur , un coin repas avec vue sur la Toscane.... Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence , Sienne , Lucca , Pise , San Gimignano , Pienza et la vallée d'Orcia. Tout est incroyablement pensé pour passer un séjour de rêve ! La piscine est nettoyée tous les 2 jours afin d'en profiter en fin de journée. Tiziana et Gianna sont des personnes adorables pour vous guider au mieux durant votre séjour. Une expérience exceptionnelle à renouveler dès que possible !

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !
