Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Property is adjacent to a shallow non-recreational lake w/ a special easement for harvesting wild rice. Local activities include all-season mountain biking at Cuyuna (20 min), exploring the many local lakes, hiking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling (we're right on a major trail), snowshoeing, visiting cute towns, etc. Families and pets welcome!

The loft contains a comfortable king sized bed and a full sized futon downstairs that can be converted to a bed. The downstairs has a large smart tv facing a beautiful stone fireplace. A high top bar with 4 barstools that can double as a eating space. Included in the kitchen are a keurig, microwave, full size stove and stainless steel refrigerator.
