Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our 4 nights at Nena's duplex. We liked the location--easy to drive to Frankfort and to nearby distilleries and restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. This was our first trip to the area, and we liked being in Lawrenceburg.

I can’t say enough great things about this absolute gem! This place was decorated so cute and very well stocked . Every little detail well thought out for a perfect stay! Very nice neighborhood and walkable to restaurants and bars . I will definitely be back . Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Deze in zwart-wit uitgevoerde accomodatie voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. We hadden de volledige eerste verdieping van het pand ter beschikking. Op loopafstand (ca 15 minuten lopen) van het centrum. En een bierlokaal aan de overkant.

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Beds were VERY comfortable and bedding super soft. The giant walk-in shower in the big bedroom was the bomb with the oversized shower head. We really liked the screened-in porch (with a tv!) The property was private and quiet. We are older folks who didn’t attempt the very steep stairs to the water, but the view was great from the deck. We enjoyed antique shopping in Danville and Harrodsburg. Cattleman’s, Drakes and the Red Rooster were all good restaurants. An over all great stay!

The interior was newly renovated and absolutely spotless. Everything was thoughtfully designed and felt both cozy and modern at the same time. The new appliances were a great touch and made our stay super convenient — from cooking meals to enjoying a quiet morning coffee, everything we needed was right there. This is the perfect spot if you're looking to unplug, relax, and soak in the tranquility of nature without sacrificing comfort. We’ll definitely be back — can’t recommend it enough!

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.

Only needed to contact Wesley once. He answered immediately and it was just something I missed in an e-mail! He was very gracious! Everything went very well! Thank you Wesley!

I put my daughter and her friends from NYV in this cute spot for their fun weekend in horse country. They loved the location and the comfy beds. Even though they had a rental car they walked to dinner and bars both in Chevy Chase and downtown Lexington. Will remember this one for the future.
