The house itself was built in 2018 and is perfect for large groups, families, or couples looking for luxury, peace, and quiet.

Relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing in our newly renovated house. Located on the quiet street of Griffin Lane. Our central air will keep you cool and comfortable while you cook dinner in our fully furnished kitchen or you may use the BBQ on the back patio. After dinner you can hang out around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmallows, play one of many board games available, or just chill and watch TV in the living room or one of our comfortable bedrooms.

Enjoy views of red rock cliffs and the Sevier River from your hilltop private yurt. Ten minutes to Red Canyon and Scenic Byway 12, 25 min to Bryce Canyon, 45 min to Kodachrome Basin, 1 hr to Zion. Queen bed, full bath, laundry with washer and dryer. One queen bed in private bedroom, one queen sofa bed in living room. NOTE: this accommodation is not appropriate for infants or toddlers. Original rough sawn ceiling joist are exposed, with the builder's layout marks clearly visible on the ceiling highlight the main living area where you can relax on the sofa. Along with the flat-screen TV, scorching fast 1 gigabit per second fiber internet (1000 Mbps) is available for streaming.
