2 Private Bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 Bath apartment on the ground floor; (no stairs). The property is in the East End Historic District. Just a short distance to the Strand, Cruise Terminals, Beach and Restaurants. The ground-floor apartment is separate from the second floor and includes a utility room with washer and dryer. In addition to the two queen beds a pullout trundle bed with two single mattresses is located in the den/TV room. Stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and snacks.

Hot tub and outdoor shower with hot water on demand via tankless hot water heater. Lounge on the large upper deck. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.
