House was very nice, comfortably fit 8 people for a 3 night trip. Spacious living room(s) nice big deck and yard to hangout in, and a really nice inclosed pool area. Bedrooms were generous in size. The only thing we would have liked to be different was the temperature of the pool water. We were told it was set for 85 degrees and the water never went above 74 and all of the controls for heat settings were locked out, so it was a little chilly and hard to stay in the water for a period of time. All outside light switches were disconnected as well so once it got dark outside at 8pm, it was tough to get much light in that area, but overall we were mostly pleased with our stay

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

First time in Atlantic City and I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay and a better host to communicate as well. Rich was a great host very responsive when needed most. Rich's listing and view was amazing and if your a couple planning on staying it sits right over a wooden heart which I thought was kinda cute. I would definitely book here again and look forward to coming back to Atlantic City!

After vacationing in Stone Harbor, NJ for over 55+ summers, we decided to try something different. My two teenage children and I are glad we did. This condo was new and modern. It offered everything we were looking for and more. Excellent location right in the middle between the beach/boardwalk in one direction and downtown shopping/restaurants in the other direction. Plenty to do, which was especially helpful when the weather wasn't good for going to the beach. Owners/realtors were very proactive and responsive to our wants and needs. We are looking to start a new family tradition in Ocean City, NJ.

The space was beautifully decorated, clean, private, and spacious. Even though it's a studio, there is a lot of open space. The walk-in closet was beautiful and there is a ton of space to hang clothes or put into drawers. You can also store your luggage in there. The kitchen and bathroom are off to the side so they don't feel like they are part of your living space. The backyard is wonderful. It backs onto a natural area and the birding is fabulous. Nearby is JFK Park which is a great place to watch the sunset or the night sky. The whole vibe of this AirBnB is very relaxed. If you have time, Bill is an interesting person to talk to. He has lived an interesting life and is always planning new adventures. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We had a great weekend at this condo! Spacious bedroom, quiet complex, clean throughout, washer/dryer in unit was a huge plus, and great location just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Nick was very kind and prompt with communication prior to and during our stay. Thank you!

Great host and house! The pool wasn’t fully prepared. However, Mara did give a refund for it not being ready which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for families or group of friends. We fully enjoyed our experience!

Everything was great. Check-in and checkout were easy. Room had all the amenities you need and was easy walking distant to most places. I had a couple questions checking in and Kendall responded within seconds. When you've got all this stuff going on and don't really know where you are, that was super helpful.
