Let’s start with check in. This might be owned or serviced by a hotel chain, so you have to check in at a hotel and then they assist you via walking to the Airbnb. Parking is a huge plus as there is absolutely no parking in the immediate area. In Europe 4th floor essential means the same as 5th floor in the us, so take that for granted. The apartment was the biggest apartment we stayed in Portugal. Easily the most realistic livable space. It was beautiful. The views were beautiful and the space was tactfully decorated. Would stay again!

es un apartamento ideal para una pareja. está a un minuto, muy cerca de la estación de tren, que nosotros aprovechamos para ir a Porto en lugar de ir con el coche. también andando está a 10 minutos del centro, con lo que no es necesario coger el coche si quieres visitar Aveiro. Además, tiene plaza de garaje privada y es todo un lujo. La casa está como se describe, muy cómoda, mucha luz, está muy bien equipada la cocina, y en la tele tiene televisió por cable con multitud de canales internacionales. No se puede hacer mejor

Pristine modern apartment. High quality furnishings. Amazing bathroom with clean linen. Very easy to find, and surprisingly quiet considering the area. Lovely little private balcony to sit in the evening. Really helpful host who responds quickly. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Would definitely return

Pedro's place is located in the heart of Coimbra with walkable access to everything you want to see and do. Because of its location in the historic center, taxis had to drop off at about 300 mts from the apartment. This is only an issue if you have heavy suitcases because you have to drag them going up the street snd when you leave down. Also the building does not have a lift. Again this is only an issue if you have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. In our case we were in a third and thanks to Pedro who helped us to carry them up to the apartment. Besutiful apartment with everything you may need for a short or long stay and Pedro was a very attentive and gracious host. We had a great time in Coimbra and if we go back we will stay in Pedro's place only that this time I will not have heavy suitcases. Thank you Pedro!!! We had a great stay!

Could not have picked a better place! Honestly, think he should charge more (shhhh!) so bright, clean, modern and great location! Friendly and helpful - He’s a friend keeper! This is the place you want to stay! No more searching!

Muito bom e recomendo

기차역에 도착예정이었고 짐이 세 개나 있어서 기차역에서 최대한 가까운 곳을 찾고 있었는데 호텔의 위치와 인테리어가 마음에 들어서 예약했는데 정말 만족스러웠고, 다음에 1~2인용 여행이라면 다시 예약할 예정입니다. 여기 숙소가 좋아서 포르투 숙소도 'guestready'에서 예약했는데 거기도 좋았어요. 숙소 가까운 곳에 짐 보관소도 여러 곳이 있고, 숙소 뒷길에 대형 슈퍼마켓 두 곳이 가까이 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 세탁 세제와 건조대가 있었고, 머무는 동안 숙소가 조용해서 편히 잘 쉬었어요. '포럼 아베이루'에서 운하를 따라 마트로 걸어가서 장을 보고 숙소에 왔습니다. 하지만 숙소 1층의 문을 여는 방법을 정확히 안내해주지 않아서 저녁에 문이 안 열려서 곤란했는데 관리팀에서 바로 응답해서 알려줬어요. 터치패드에 키를 가져다 댄 채로 문을 밀었다가 당겨야 열립니다. 게스트에게 문 여는 방법을 체크인 전에 동영상으로 알려주면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 변기 스위치에 지문이 남아 있었고, 샤워실 벽에는 분홍색 물때가 있어서 관리에 좀 더 신경 쓰면 더할 나위 없을 듯 해요.

Super recomendado! Lugar seguro, tranquilo; supermercado; farmácia; clinicas médicas e odontológicas; pertissimo da estação rodoviária e de trem para outras cidades; estacionamento fácil (muitas vagas) e gratuito. Quanto ao apartamento, me senti em casa - cama king, climatização na sala e no quarto; roupas de cama e banho impecáveis; banheiro/banho top; um lavabo e tudo bem moderno. A cozinha super completa. Parabéns Sérgio e muito obrigado por nos receber.

Friendly and helpful during our stay. Communication was great and the host went above and to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Nettes kleines Häuschen. Lage war genial, 2min vom Strand aber auch nicht direkt am Strand so war es schön ruhig. Sauberkeit war gut. Parken ist direkt vor der Tür auf einem riesigen Parkplatz möglich. Eventuell ist der in der Hochsaison aber auch voll. Bei uns war er sehr leer. Im September hatten viele Bars etc zu. Was etwas schade war aber auch verständlich. Strand was sehr sauber und komplett leer. Für das nötigste gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte. Wir sind aber nach Tocha zum einkaufen gefahren. Mit Catia hatten wir wenig Kontakt. Wenn wir aber geschrieben haben hat sie innerhalb einer Minute geantwortet. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder ;)

O espaço de Joana é muito confortável, tudo limpo e novo, tudo funcionando. Estivemos no inverno e ficamos bem quentinhos na casa. A localização é ótima, tranquila, perto de pontos turísticos importantes e dos principais serviços. Há um pequeno restaurante delicioso bem pertinho. Foi realmente uma ótima escolha!

Wir waren eine Nacht zu Gast um einen Zwischenstopp am Meer zu machen . Der Gastgeber war super sympathisch , alles hat super geklappt . Die kleine Wohnung war neu und stylisch und top ausgestattet . Zur Türe raus udn schon ist man am Meer - genau das was wir wollten . Top ! Wir können es absolut empfehlen . Lisa & Markus

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, perto da praia. A Anabela foi sempre super rápida a responder e mostrou-se sempre disponível para qualquer coisa que precisássemos. Estava tudo muito limpo e tal e qual como esperávamos, pelas fotos. Obrigada pela estadia 😁

Loved our stay in the apartment! Beautiful flat with a nice outdoor section in a apartment block close to the beach and all facilities (shops, restaurants, playground, skatepark etc). The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There is parking directly in front of the door. Communication with Joel was easy and he was always accessible and professional. Would come back anytime!

Espaço super limpo e acolhedor, zona tranquila. O Sr. Ricardo foi bastante atencioso ao esperar por nós para fazer o check-in mais tarde da hora combinada, devido a um imprevisto com a nossa filha. A casa estava super bem equipada e disponibilizaram-nos café para a máquina, o qual agradecemos! Super recomendo!

Adorámos a casinha, muito bem decorada, limpa e o jacuzzi é espectacular ( à noite e com chuva, melhor ainda)! Recomendo ;)

We spent a week at Andreia’s lovely apartment. It was clean, sunny, spacious, well-equipped and as described. Self check-in and checkout were easy. The beach was across the street with coffee shops, restaurants and a pharmacy close at hand. Andreia was a most friendly, responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for everything, Andreia!

Impeccable place to spend a couple nights with someone, super cosy, the jacuzzi was the best definitely.
