We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Siamo stati colpiti dalla bellezza dello spazio esterno e dalla grandezza dell’appartamento. La Posizione ottima, abitazione molto tranquilla ed accogliente. Il Giardino curato e immenso, con tutti i comfort desiderati. I proprietari di casa molto accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Soggiorno assolutamente positivo.

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Casa perfettamente rispondente alle foto, vicinissima al mare, con una veduta impagabile e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto pratici il self check-in e check-out. Host gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno in questa struttura per serate rilassanti su una terrazza mozzafiato.

Miriam è una persona veramente gentile. Ci ha accolti in casa con tutta l'ospitalità che ci si aspetta facendoci sentire a casa. Il suo villino è stupendo, accogliente, arredato con tutto il necessario e curato anche nei particolari. Stupendo il patio esterno ideale per una cena tra amici e del sano relax dopo una giornata di mare. comprensorio all'interno del quale si trova casa è molto bello, sicuro ed a 2 passi dal centro di San Felice. Il mare dista a 3 Min di auto oppure 15 Min a piedi. Ottimo anche con la bici. Che dire, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie di tutto!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

2eme fois chez Lamberto et que dire.. Nous passons à chaque fois nos meilleurs vacances dans cette superbe maison, chacun à son espace et la piscine et superbe. Lamberto est d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours disponible au moindre soucis. Nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout !

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Wir durften Ende September mit unserem 18 jährigen Sohn Gäste in Gabrieles schöner Wohnung sein. Die Kommunikation mit Gabriele hat sehr gut geklappt, er war sehr freundlich, hat uns alles genau erklärt und uns auch mit der etwas komplizierten Parksituation weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im traumhaften mittelalterlichen Städtchen, ist absolut ruhig und trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. Genau gegenüber der Eingangstür gibt es einen kleinen typischen italienischen alimentari, der einfach alles hat, die Besitzerinnen sind ganz zauberhaft. Die Wohnung ist absolut wunderbar renoviert, unser Sohn hat das untere Geschoss mit eigenem Bad praktisch für sich gehabt. Zum Meer muss man einige (viele!) Treppen nach unten steigen und ist an einem herrlichen Strand mit und ohne Schirme.Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage und können die Wohnung für Menschen, die gerne Treppen steigen nur empfehlen.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

A beautiful spot, the perfect place to relax and free the mind from stress. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, and just a short trip from restaurants Giordano and Anna were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend them and their property

Perfect location for if you have a wedding nearby. Most areas are walkable, but there's also buses that run nearby. Just to advise on the buses, it appears they don't run on Sundays. The airbnb was clean and issues we had were resolved pretty quickly. Views from the airbnb were very nice as well.

We loved La Bouganville! We were a large Canadian family with a baby and everyone had a comfortable private space. The living rooms were cosy and the kitchen was practical. The location and the view were priceless! Luigi was so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas reunion. And the fireworks on New Year's Eve were spectacular! Thank-you for the wonderful memories.

The Villa was amazing I would defanatly recommend staying here to anyone, it was very clean had everything we needed comfortable and the host was there with any questions we had she even lent us some bikes to get around on as we did not hire a car but it is easy to walk into the town, there is a supermarket right around the corner witch was very convenient, amazing villa amazing host that went above and beyond to make us feel right at home if I could give more than 5 stars I would it was perfect.

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

Siamo arrivati nel posto che ci aspettavamo: Tranquillo e dotato di tutto ciò che ti può servire, le foto non rendono giustizia alla stupenda natura che circonda questa casa. Certamente non è un posto adatto a chi si aspetta di trovare l’albergo a cinque stelle, ma sicuramente adatto a chi ama la quiete e la natura Sandro è stato molto gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità, dimostrandosi da subito accogliente e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente a chi ama vivere la natura, e con l’auto in poco tempo, si può raggiungere un mare fantastico!

La casa era veramente molto bella e pulitissima, proprio come in foto, area tranquilla con tanto spazio a disposizione per potersi rilassare e godersi un bellissimo fine settimana con gli amici. Host molto accogliente e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Consigliata per un fine settimana di puro relax😊

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back
