개인적으로 이전에 거주하던 동네라 좋았습니다. 근처에 식당도 많고 지하철역도 가깝고 NTU에서 산책 가능합니다. 전반적으로 좋은 위치 숙소 컨디션이나 무거운 짐 가지고 이동하시는 분들은 엘레베이터가 없는 점 고려하셔야 됩니다.

Karen is a very nice and thoughtful landlord. She prepared everything that travelers may need daily. She even had delicious meat buns in freezer ready for us before we checked in. The apartment is very clean and nicely set up. We felt comfortable throughout the entire trip staying in the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located next to an outlet mall, several shopping malls, and the HSR Taoyuan station. It's also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you prefer staying near the airport but still want to explore other cities, Karen's apartment is the top choice!

The apartment was well-maintained and in a reasonably good location in Taoyuan. This room had good amenities like a washing machine, microwave, mini fridge, couch ect for longer term stays. There was a Family Mart right next to the building. While the room was in a reasonable condition, the bath room is dated but still well-maintained. Overall a good value stay in Taoyuan.

There are just enough beds for 7 adults and 3 children. The facilities and beauty are as shown in the photos. In Taiwan, you have to be patient and not just flush toilet paper. The owner came to pick me up nearby to check in and gave me detailed information about the room. The owner is very kind. He told me about some good restaurants in the neighborhood. If possible, I would like a bath mat. And I would like glasses instead of just mugs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Sandy’s place was great for families. It was spacious with all the amenities you could think of from toys, kid dishes, high chairs, shampoo, etc. It was a 5 min walk to the nearest MRT station and 8 min walk to the nearest neighborhood park though 2 stops from Da’an Park. There’s also a breakfast spot nearby for those early jet lag mornings. We really enjoyed our stay and was glad to book an Airbnb vs hotel.

房源整理的很乾淨，連廚具碗盤都有，剛好入住這幾天比較冷，廁所還有暖氣非常舒適，基本上我是覺得什麼都有了😂😂😂 房東人也很好，有什麼問題詢問都很快的幫忙解決，從入住前到退房都是非常安心的！ 停車也是超級滿意，原本很擔心自己在外面找會很麻煩，抵達時看到門口路邊的停車格都是滿的，而且都是紅線，想說要停很遠，結果側面就有一個很大的停車場，入住後也是再開車出去晃，回來完全沒有沒位置的問題，而且重點是超級便宜！ 真的要挑的話大概是隔音沒有這麼好，房間的人打呼隔壁房是聽得到的，但並沒有影響這次住宿的感受，還是非常滿意👍

Ivory is a great host! She gave us clear instructions on how to get into the room. Everything was perfect, and it felt like home. The location was perfect. There are a lot of fantastic restaurants, it’s close to the park, and it is very walkable! Highly recommended!

Check in was super easy and Ck is very responsive at communicating. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I enjoyed my stay here.

The accommodations were perfect for me and my husband. We especially liked the Mexican restaurant La Fonda very to Airbnb. We walked to every thing near us Nanmen Market, restaurants, and shops. Very close to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and subway station.

房子跟圖片相符，乾淨企理，地理位置方便。四周圍有很多嘢食。房主回覆很快。但房子四周品流有點複雜。

Emily’s spot is very accessible from the MRT and busses and in a fun, bustling area near Taipei 101. I felt very safe in the neighborhood but it was a bit loud and I could hear the neighbors come and go.

Lisa is friendly and very attentive. The place is cozy and feels just like home. All the furniture is also still new and in great condition. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back😊🙏

unit have natural sunlight brighten up the common room windows/balcony that can open for ventilation (can smoke at balcony if you need just be quiet) shower pressure is high and heater works just fine. great time to shower after a long day out no roach which is green flag! but we also must be responsible to clean it trash before outing we were out when owner texted us about neighbour below our unit have air conditioning issue and need to fix on the same day. Lucky owner understanding and able to provide alternative and we don't mind.

very cozy home. even though the building is rather old, the condo itself is nicely renovated, clean, and neatly organized. you can tell that the host has put a lot of thought into making it as comfortable as possible. the condo comes stocked with extra amenities such as various toiletries, towels, pillows, and more. the toilet comes with a heated bidet seat and the bathroom itself even has a custom vent thing on the ceiling (I’m not sure exactly what it’s called but it was my favorite feature of the condo) that can help warm/cool the bathroom and functionally dries out the bathroom itself and any wet towels (which is extra nice since Taiwan is so humid and things dry very slowly). trash and recyclables can be disposed of in the basement at your convenience. in addition, there is a supermarket as well as a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart within a 3 minute walk so it’s very convenient. overall I would give this place 4.9 out of 5 stars. this is a fantastic place to stay at.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. Location was super convenient to get around the city, the closest MRT station was just a 5 minute walk to access the brown line. The Airbnb was clean, with plenty of room for our family to enjoy the space and call it home for the week we were in town. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Our second stay in this condo and love the place, location and proximity to the blue MRT line, we used the MRT to go to the 101 building and many other places. Loved the laundry in the condo and nice kitchen and dinning area.

Yeng’s place is great with everything we needed and he is super friendly. We enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed the place, it’s very convenient with bus stop, convenient stores, bikes, and supermarket around. The place was very clean and the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly the whole time. The house included all the necessary equipment and supplies to stay there like AC, wifi, heater, dehumidifier, kitchen appliances, towels, and bed sheets. I would definitely recommend the place and stay there if needed in the future :)

My mom and I had a great stay at Ivan’s home! The building felt safe and I liked how we had the floor to ourselves/had our own entryway. The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable; the bed on the first floor was a little bit harder than I would’ve liked, but I’m sure it was good for my back! The shower/bath combo was amazing and we appreciated the snacks. Ivan was really responsive and helpful. His instructions were extremely clear so we had no trouble getting in the first night, even after arriving after midnight.

This 5th floor condo is very near the Hakka cultural heritage park, museum, and restaurant. Ming Chun was responsive and had proactive messages on the first and last days. The property has a lot of light and a pleasant rooftop laundry, 6th floor. I’d love to stay again in Zhongzheng.
