This is easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had, Airbnb or otherwise. Perched in stunning Oberhofen, just 8 mins from Thun and 20 from Interlaken, it’s a dream escape into the heart of Switzerland. The views? Unreal. Waking up to Lake Thun shimmering below the snow-capped Alps felt like living in a postcard. No photo does it justice. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and full of warmth, truly feels like home. It's on the first floor of a beautiful Swiss house, with the kindest host living below. You get private parking, and there’s a huge field outside perfect for relaxing or letting kids run free. What makes it even more special is the host’s hospitality—we felt like part of the family. We stayed 4 nights, but honestly could’ve stayed 2 weeks without ever getting bored. If you're looking to experience the real, soul-refreshing Switzerland, this is the place. 100% unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent's flat. It's just a short bus or train ride from Neuchâtel centre and easy to cycle or walk along the lake front to town too. The view from the flat was beautiful, and there were plenty of amenities for making use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. The home itself was spotless, offering an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. I will definitely be returning soon!

A lovely place to stay, located in a very quaint lake-side village. Conveniently located on the ground floor with access and views out to the garden area and the mountains beyond. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We spent four days in this gorgeous, spacious apartment — it's even more beautiful than in the photos. The view is stunning. The apartment has everything you need, and the region... I don't even have words to describe how beautiful it is. Communication was smooth, as was the check-in and check-out process. I can only recommend it — we’ll definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Portalban; à proximité des plages, des 3 lacs, des randonnées; et point de départ idéal pour visiter de nombreux et remarquables sites Suisse (Gruyères, Le Creux du Van, Avenches, Morat, Berne, Soleure, La Chaux-de-Fond...) Le chalet est au calme, proche de la nature; (nous avons souvent eu la visite d'un renard); en bordure de la Roselière. The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

Das Haus liegt am Murtensee, in einem Wäldchen, der direkte Seeanstoss und die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank, gerne kommen wir wieder.

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - es hat rundum alles gepasst. Die Gastgeber wohnen gleich nebenan und waren sehr hilfsbereit auch mit Auskünften und dennoch nie aufdringlich. Das Haus ist super ausgerüstet mit alles, was man benötigt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu Fuss sind es wirklich nur 5 Minuten an einen tollen Sandstrand, an dem man gut Platz fand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Comfortable spotlessly clean house with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was lovely to cook in with clean modern appliances and all the condiments that are needed. Tea coffee and sugar was supplied too making a lovely welcome after a long drive. Theresa is a lovely, friendly host and had lots of tips for us and even a tasty Toblerone! thank you! The view from this home is absolutely amazing, we were in absolute awe the whole time, it is just so beautiful. There is a nice walk down by the lake and the colour of the water is to be seen to be believed so beautiful. Wonderful place and we were wise could have stayed longer! The third floor studio is in an old stone building overlooking a small harbor on Lake Geneva with mountains on the other side. The studio is simple, well-appointed, comfortable, and has a nice balcony. La Tour de la Peilz is within walking distance of Vevey along the lake. The town was charming and our place was so quiet. It was a great home base for visiting family in the region.

This is our second time staying at Ronny’s place and both are beautifully decorated and modern. We love seeing the lake through the window.

Comme nos séjours précédents chez Giovanni, notre séjour fut parfait et très agréable. L'appartement est moderne et bien situé au calme et à deux pas du lac. Nous y retournerons très prochainement avec plaisir.

入住當天帶着兩個行李，在行上住宿的時候會比較辛苦，因為需要行上斜坡，但是都很容易找到房屋，入住的時候因為有一天突然下雪令到電力沒有了，Elisa都很快回覆我們，而且電力很快回復正常，跟Elisa溝通沒有問題，房屋窗戶望出就是一個湖，每天起來都心情好舒暢🧡

Wir (zwei befreundete Ehepaare) haben ein tolles Oster-Wochenende hier verbracht. Abgesehen von der kleinen Küchenzeile ohne Abzug und mit wenig Arbeitsfläche passt alles! Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist gut eingerichtet (hochwertig eingerichtetes Badezimmer, bequeme Betten usw.) und war beim Check-in blitzsauber. Der Willkommensgruss (Apéro) hat uns sehr positiv überrascht und gefreut! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und wir haben gute Tipps erhalten. Gerne wieder!

Eva's place was excellent! We loved that it was so close to a grocery store and the bus stop. The little town is quiet and quaint! The views are amazing! The house was sparkling clean and well stocked. Eva let us have an early check-in which was so nice! Everything about our stay was amazing! Would definitely return and recommend! Thanks so much!
